King W. says, "I'm a little late to the party, but I definitely wanted to talk up Gurgen (or George, if you prefer) for assembling a medium sized kitchen hutch for me earlier this week Why? 1. He was quick to respond to my messaging. 2. Quickly worked out via messaging an appropriate day and time. 3. He called me a bit over half an hour before arriving, just to let me know he'd be arriving at the agreed time. 4. He arrived, called again to let me know he was here, and met me at the door. Once he got the tool sets he wanted from his truck, he put clean booties on before walking into the house. 5. I think he made good time considering it was still in the box and was an item he hadn't worked with yet. He went ,a little under three hours, which is a fraction of the time I would have spent on it. 6. Solid work, with promises of "anything wrong just call me and I can fix it." It's almost the first time I ever heard someone's guarantee and actually believed it. 7 out of 10 screwdrivers! (It wasn't the most taxing project, so I didn't really see him have to work something out or conquer a bump in the road. Bonus: He seems honest. Like if he didn't know how to do something he would make sure a customer would be aware of it"See more

After calling one company and receiving an extremely high bid to just come out to diagnose the issue, I reached out to the next company on the list which was TangoNet. Lonnie answered the phone promptly and I explained my situation. He immediately became very helpful by saying it was most likely a very simple fix and offered to walk me through the steps over the phone. Once we completed the tasks Lonnie had suggested, I called back the manufacture of my system and was able to accomplish what I originally set out to do without the high cost of hiring a vendor. Lonnie could’ve simply not helped me but offered to schedule an in-house visit in order to assist me with the initial problem and charge me a fee. However, he offered his time and expertise to assist me over the phone which means a great deal to myself as a homeowner. In the future if I need and electronic technical specialist to assist me with Internet, audio, video, etc. for my home, you better believe it I will be reaching out to Lonnie at TangoNet. I will also be referring him to anybody I come in contact with looking for an audio video Wi-Fi specialist. In today’s world, it’s very unusual to come across an individual who is willing to help another person out without getting something in return. He’s earned a customer for life!"See more

He installed my security camera in the best spot and then installed a ceiling fan and light in my dark gloomy kitchen . It’s just bright and beautiful.
