I have been going to a few private classes at Spartan and I'm really happy! Jonathan is a great personal trainer and he really pushes your limits. I'm actually really motivated for my classes and making good progress.
David is awesome!! Right from the start he and his wife make you feel comfortable. It can be a bit apprehensive going to someone's home but they are super professional! The way they have the facility setup is perfect for training, and you can tell David genuinely cares about helping people reach their fitness goals! If you're looking for a trainer that is professional, and cares about his clients, David is definitely it!
What started as a way to train for a Spartan race has become a game-changing part of my life now. I found Gabriel of Devine Physiques through Thumbtack back in November 2016, and the main thing I wanted to focus on was capability. I figured that body aesthetics would improve (and yo, they did), but what I wanted most of all was to be able to lift heavier loads, move faster, and increase my endurance. All of that is happening, and I've been getting better every week working with Gabriel. I love the variety and cycling of workouts that we go through. Each session is a solid workout, with Gabriel correcting your form and keeping you safe along the way. One cool thing we did was a workout entirely dedicated to learning the complete muscular anatomy of the body, and performing workouts that pinpoint each muscle and group. Aside from just being really informative, this kind of work helps you visualize and feel what you're supposed to be doing in the future. Needless to say, I crushed that first Spartan race and have signed up for several more since then. But while those races are fun, they meaning they once carried pales in comparison to what it feels like to live a healthier lifestyle, and change my body for the better. I'm not training for a race now, I'm training because that's who I am now. And with all of that said - I'm so grateful to have found Devine Physiques.
Siavash is a beast. He knows what he's talking about and it shows. Hes my physical therapist, friend, and trainer all in one. I went in there with crazy back pain, doctors told me I needed surgery.....all I needed was someone that was more interested in helping me than cutting me open. Its been 7 weeks, im 20lbs lighter, much stronger, and my back feels much better. Im a work in progress and im loving every minute of it.Sia and Jennifer are a great team, they stay on top of you and provide all the support one would need. I wish I was there right now! I look forward to a bright and healthy future.
I trained with Kimberly for 9 months. I had my ups and downs, but she never gave up on me. She planned out my diet and exercise many times to see what worked best for me. I lost a lot of weight with her training, and I couldn't be happier. When I would lose my way, she always motivated me to do and be better. She was always on time, and professional. She always made my sessions all about me, with complete focus. She listened to my concerns and wants. She pushed me hard, but also understood me when I knew I was at my limit. It's not often you can honestly say that someone changed your life for the better of your future.
I did some training for my first Spartan race with Coach Richard and it was a great experience. His knowledge on techniques and stretching after a workout were very helpful. You must train with Richard as you won't regret it!
I was really out of shape when I came to Jared preparing for my first Spartan Race. He did a great job meeting me at my level and pushing me forward beyond what I thought was possible.
Lisa is the reason why I started working out. Just looking at her beautiful figure and energy inspired me to want to be like her. Her classes make your body feel like you've transformed into a beast. Best of all, she really cares about training safely. She always has little tricks and techniques to modify the workout if you have any health issues. She's one of the best instructors I've ever had.

My favorite part about having her as a trainer is that she actually works out with you and pushes me to lengths I’ve never been pushed before. Dillon and I worked together and I knew him to be an advocate to healthy living so when he told me that he began training clients, I figured it was an opportune moment to make a change in my life as well. We initially set a goal for me to participate in a Spartan Run earlier this year and with Dillon's help and knowledge, we created a work out plan that focused on endurance, conditioning, quickness drills, as well as strength training. I am very satisfied with how far I have come in such a short time period and I cannot help but to thank Dillon for being there for me each step of the way!
I've been out of shape of years and I was able to lean down from 179lbs to 162lbs and built some awesome muscles and definition to my body and stepped on stage in a 2 1/2 month transformation into a bikini. I was so great looking but had competed in the wrong catagory. My muscles were huge compared to the bikini girls i stood next to. Next time I will do figure or physique. I love the push and the drive ge gives. He has that motivation for you to want to do more...burn baby, burn. I recommend him to anyone especially of your looking to change in a short peroid of time. Training with Ali at Fit Body Bootcamp has been an amazing experience! I am getting faster and stronger than I have ever been and still working towards new goals. Trainer Ali and the entire FBBC team is supportive and encouraging and helps push you to achieve your goals and beyond. I am so grateful to be part of such an amazing team!

I do not even know where to begin. In fact, I have put off writing this review because I am convinced I will not be able to do Gus Lopez justice. I still think that but here I go anyway. Gus is one of the best people I have ever met in my life. Hands down. No exaggeration. When Gus comes into your life, your life is going to change. Gus workouts are intense. You will feel results. You will see results. And others will see the results too. Gus will be there to motivate you and to give you the push you need to keep going when you think you cannot do one more rep ... let alone ten. As far as personal training goes, Gus is top notch. But there is so much more to Gus than the workouts. The guy is all heart. Gus gives his clients everything. He will be that little voice in your head telling you to eat clean, drink water and attack your day. He will text you everyday to remind you of your goals and to keep you on track. Your goals will become his goals, and Gus will take more pride in watching you reach those goals than you can imagine. There is no one else I would rather work out with. And once you've started you will not want to stop. Gus Lopez makes you feel like family. And I can't wait to get back in the gym with him everyday.
Amy helped me train and prepare for a Spartan Super race (8.7 miles, 26 obstacles, and 2400 vertical feet). Amy did a complete nutrition and fitness plan for me starting this past October leading up to the Monterey Spartan Super June 4th. During this period, I went from 225 lbs. to 190 lbs, my strength increased significantly (squatting 200 to start and now squatting 315), and my endurance improved a great deal. Not only was I able to complete the 8.7 mile race, but I did so without any soreness the next day.
