- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing for my system when it comes to my services is that I charge $20.00 per hour whether online or in person. As for the half-hour (30 minutes), I charge $15.00 per hour whether online or in person. The forms of payment I accept are as follows: Personal Check, Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Money Gram, and Pay Pal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is getting to know them first and sharing what needs to be done when it comes to completing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of professional tutoring experience where I have worked for 6 different Supplemental Educational Service Tutoring Providers and am certified through the Professional Tutors of America. In addition, I have two years that I am certified as an English as a Second Language Teacher to where I teach children and adults the English Language. The education that I have is I have obtained my Bachelors Degree in Community Studies, two Associate Degrees where one is in Social Sciences, and the other is in Liberal Arts and Sciences, and two certificates in Early Childhood Education Associate Teacher, and Early Childhood Education Assistant.
