Hey! I’m Coach Jorge, since the Pandemic started my Coaching lifestyle slowly started fading away and it’s time I get back to it. I’ve now been Coaching fitness for 4+ years and I currently specialize in functional training, but not limited to it. I love helping others improve their mental and emotional strength through the improvement of their physical performance and results!
Due to not having a home gym to Coach from at the moment, I am open to doing outdoor fitness with very minimal to no equipment at all for now.
Weight-loss, Muscle Gain, and Conditioning is still achievable.
I’ve Coached 200+ Individuals From all walks of life and levels of Fitness and I’m excited to help you achieve your goals also!

I come from an upbringing of 15+ years of being a Soccer Athlete with 12 of those years being at the Competitive level. I had the honor to play with the Northern California Olympic Development Program State Team for 2 years! Coaching Fitness was something I wasn’t expecting to do, but is now my ultimate life goal to open multiple facilities and bring communities together !

Jorge has been a breath of fresh air to the coaching/personal training profession. His knowledge, focus, and intuition to know what is right for me personally has been very impressive. His energy is contagious and his concern for being as healthy as you can be is a priority. I would recommend and refer him to anyone in a heart beat.

He has trained me before during the Strength training and has been very attentive and always focused on form and quality. With one on one training, he pushes you to the limits without affecting your form and also tries to focus on the areas you lack. Each training session is well planned to ensure your warm-up, mobility drill and various exercises focusing different muscles.

Jorge has been a great trainer! He is friendly, not intimidating like others, and will adjust the workout to your needs/preferences while still making you sweat! I've noticeably have gotten stronger since working with Jorge since I rarely lifted weights. He had made me more consistent and is very easy to work with. He is also super flexible if something comes up and you are unable to make a session. Give him a shot!

My Expirience with Jorge was over all awesome. He taught me what I wanted to learn about Olympic weight lifting, he trained my weaknesses until they weren’t holding me back anymore, and always kept my form in check so I wouldn’t get injured.
In terms of personality, Jorge is the most positive person I’ve ever met. His positivity vibrated through every session, and made my experience with training a lot better. This trait of his helped me in those hard moments where I though I couldn’t go anymore. His encouragement and intensity allowed me to reach limits I never thought possible for myself.
Overall, Jorge was awesome. He taught me manythings while keeping it interesting, worked on my weaknesses while keeping it safe, and his positivity kept me motivated through out every session.

Exercising with Jorge was on point (effective), from teaching me how to use the Kettle Weights to being pushed in a healthy maner to finish the exrcisses we where doing. It was a while seens I had done fast paste yet steady exercises (Crossfit Style) and Jorge pushed me in a way where I finished the exercises and I wasn't over pushed and had an amazing time doing it.
Good workout, steady pace (no quit), healthy positive responses, and was at the gym before me.
