Urgent Response Service Request- The recent high wind rain storm brought down a 25’+ Tree and potentially a 40’ Tree in our backyard. Within 30+/- minutes of the incident and putting the service request in Thumbtack, I received a response from Tree Ops. Owner, Jorge responded and advised he could perform a free quote. I advised of my concern of potentially another tree falling; and requested a ROM based submitted photos as my preference was to perform work same day vs getting a quote and then scheduling the removal. Jorge was able to provide a fair priced ROM Estimate and schedule the removal at 8am the next day! The service was exceptional! On time, fully equipped with safety measures/protectants, chipper, grinder (stump grinding performed as requested) and full haul-away and clean-up. Excellent work and professional customer service. Many thanks for the very prompt and excellent service. I highly recommend services. Work was performed by Jorge. Many Thanks!
