I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!
I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

We had an amazing time with Annie at our basketball practice. She admitted that she was nervous and that it was her first time leading yoga for a sports team but she did great. The ladies' enjoyed the session and we look forward to having her join us again!
I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.
We hired Elisa for a yoga class at my sister's bachelorette party in Palm Desert. She quickly memorized all 13 of our names, and then personalized a yoga-stretching routine that took into account all of the muscles we wanted to "lengthen" and "strengthen." We loved her energy and would recommend her to others!
Michelle is a well trained body and energy worker with many years experience. She comes to my home always on time with her oils and hot rocks. I love her respectful draping techniques. She gives a lot of attention to tight spots, neck, feet and head. My body always feels energized and healthy when we are done. I ask for 1.5 hours so I don’t feel rushed. I pay $100 which is a good value. I would love to have one every week!
