Chef Hida was fantastic to work with. She worked with my group and I to make our budget work, allowed me to have input on the menu, and catered to dietary restrictions. She was very kind and kept in touch with me ahead of our event which I greatly appreciated. Chef Hida and her staff showed up right on time and prepared a delicious meal for my friends and I. They also did a full cleanup in the kitchen and left it spotless which was appreciated as well. Overall, I would recommend using Chef Hida 100%. When I return to the Palm Springs area, she will definitely be getting another call from me.

There are no words to describe all the experience we’ve had with Chef Hida on multiple occasions. The food is always beyond your imagination and expectations, taste receptors are in heaven! Every dish we’ve tried was a masterpiece. Deserves Michelin stars.

Rachida’s food is incredible. She made us a vegan menu that I couldn’t stop raving about. I’ve tried her meat dishes as well and they’re all phenomenal. I trust anything she puts in front of me to be great. Not only is her food delicious, she is professional, clean, and organized.
