Chef Hida was a gem. She was very responsive as we planned my daughter’s 40th birthday dinner. Food was abundant and delicious. Chef Hida was quiet but totally professional She was a little late and took some extra time prepping as her assistant was out sick but it didn’t matter to us I’d hire her again in a heartbeat. Turns out she and my daughter share a birthday so it was wonderful for her to work so hard on her special day.

We had the best experience using Chef Hida at our wedding for catering and bartending services! They were sooo easy to work with. We had quotes from several other caterers and even did a tasting with another company and ultimately chose Chef Hida Not only was the pricing competitive and reasonable, the food was so much better. We got to meet Chef Hida at the tasting, and he was open to modifications on the menu (though we didn’t really need any!) They encouraged us to get more creative with our drinks cause they could handle it- no extra charges for signature drinks or any other bogus that other companies charge. They said “yes” to us and acted like it was no big deal whereas other places would’ve just shut down any modifications (one place we talked to wouldn’t even cut down cocktail hour appetizer grilled cheeses in half for us) so we were actually in shock how easy it was to work with them. We also ordered our linen rentals with them. They truly made our experience so easy!

Chef Hida was prompt, prepared and professional. She was reserved but extremely sweet and her food was delicious - particularly the appetizers and the arugula, citrus, and beet salad.
