Chef Hida was a gem. She was very responsive as we planned my daughter’s 40th birthday dinner. Food was abundant and delicious. Chef Hida was quiet but totally professional She was a little late and took some extra time prepping as her assistant was out sick but it didn’t matter to us I’d hire her again in a heartbeat. Turns out she and my daughter share a birthday so it was wonderful for her to work so hard on her special day.

Chef Hida was prompt, prepared and professional. She was reserved but extremely sweet and her food was delicious - particularly the appetizers and the arugula, citrus, and beet salad.

What a fabulous chef. She’s professional, punctual, and her food was better than any place we could have eaten out. Worth every penny. My family can not stop talking about our meal. There was plenty left over for a second meal. ( we were so full)
