I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Torrey is a great instructor. She gives off a very calming vibe, something that I find helpful for a beginner like myself. What keeps me coming back to the Sunday meetups is the support system from both Torrey and the rest of the group - I look forward to it every weekend!

Fleur is awesome! I've known Fleur since high school and recently reconnected with her due to my need to start moving and being active. She is the epitomy of healthy & fit and a great jogging coach as well as pilates instructor. She is patient and encouraging but pushes you to be your best. I feel great about myself and others can see the improvement over the past year since I've been working with Fleur. I feel more toned and in-shape. (I just need to work on my eating habits now.) =)

We had an amazing time with Annie at our basketball practice. She admitted that she was nervous and that it was her first time leading yoga for a sports team but she did great. The ladies' enjoyed the session and we look forward to having her join us again!
I really liked that David asked the level of massage I would like: easy, medium or hard. I asked for medium-hard. I also liked that he was fair and balanced in that he massaged the right side exactly as he did the left side. I will be going back to him. I highly recommend David.
Elisa was wonderful to work with. We had a wonderful morning around the pool doing yoga. We had a group with a variety of yoga experience and she tailored the session to meet all of our needs perfectly. It was such a great way to start the day and she was a great spirit to share it with. Having grown up doing gymnastics (as well as volleyball, soccer, basketball, track, crew), I started doing yoga 15 years ago for injury and pain management.
