I have known Cameron for a few years now, and what started our professional relationship was his extensive knowledge of Personal Training and transformation. He didn't just suggest one thing when I had questions or struggled with an area. He helped educate me on nutrition, training and personal well-being, which taught me balance. He's a fantastic trainer, a motivating coach and mentor and a superior counselor. I can't recommend Cameron highly enough! Thank you, Cameron for all the support!!!

A few words to Cameron... I recently moved back to Germany and one thing i really miss is my perfect training with Cam. I was working with him for over 18 month and i liked it so much that i increased my sessions from once a week to three times a week. Cameron did a perfect job by gradually increasing the amount and levels of my workout. in the beginning it was quit tough because i was really out of shape. He was changing the exercises to keep up the motivation. During the time i was working with cam i lost some pounds while increasing my strength. To be honest, after my workout i was always done but really happy. Thanks Cam, i hope one day we can work together again.

Cameron is awesome! I've never been super-athletic, but in a year, he helped this couch potato prepare for a triathlon, lose ten pounds (and a couple of clothing sizes), and meet lots of other personal fitness goals along the way. He was also great at modifying the workouts to keep things safe as I nursed two ankle injuries. In addition to being super-effective, Cameron's also encouraging and friendly, which helps the sessions fly by. And he's super-professional and responsive: he usually responds to email within hours, which makes scheduling a breeze. Highly recommended.

I've been working with Cameron for over 2 yrs. He is a fantastic trainer. Listens to me and is very patient. His work outs are fun and challenging. i highly recommend him!

Cameron is a super personable and professional trainer. He keeps track of every single workout, aligns with my goals, and always asks about previous injuries. Even though the workouts are tough, it is fun with Cameron.
