Merry has been working for me from 2004-2015, doing my bookkeeping and tax preparation, as well as managed my rental property as well as handled all my personal affairs during my deployments (retired navy) over the years. Including – banking affairs, tax organizers and planning, communications with tenants including collections, interview and screening, and credit checks.       Any individual with a preparer tax identification number (PTIN) is eligible to file your income taxes on your behalf.
