AWESOME PERSONAL TRAINER!! I started working out with OJ in July 2016. I was kind of skeptical of a new personal trainer because of my bad experiences with other trainers, but OJ is very different. He wants to know your goals and definitely makes you put in the hard work to accomplish them. When I am scheduled to workout with OJ, that entire hour is totally focused on my health goals. He is very patient and encouraging and for once in my life, I don't dread working out. I actually enjoy the intensity of the work-outs and I have lost weight already. I am not where I want to be physically as of yet, but I have already seen improvements with my body and overall fitness level. What I do know is, if I stick with OJ, my goals will be accomplished in no time!! My advice for someone looking for a personal trainer, give OJ a try, you definitely won't regret it!!

Megan is awesome!! I was able to reach amazing results in such a short time with her combination of high variety workout and proper clean meal plans! Since I began working out with Corey, my energy level has been at an all time high. I am eating more, but making better food choices. I have been lucky in being able to bring my baby along to the workouts. If I am in the middle of say,a plank, or full sit ups, Corey will distract my daughter and play with her while keeping a close on on me. That is a bonus in itself! I have worked with Aaron over the last couple of months and he's great! I saught professional help after I found out I have a hormonal imbalance called PCOS. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome occurs in 1 in 20 women, developing from puberty, it stole my life. I was overweight, with an insulin resistance, mood disorder, sleep apnea, hair loss, high testosterone level, and a high risk of heart disease and ovarian cancer. Since working with Aaron I feel like he taught me to gain back control of my life. I'm 40lbs lighter, with more energy and good health than I ever thought was destined for me. A big part of Aaron's program is paleo eating, which helped my insulin levels because I wasn't eating processed foods, carbs, or sugar. I also can't induce too much stress on my body because of the delicate hormone balance, my workouts with Aaron are helpful and stress free. We figured out what I can do physically and than slowly pushed me to higher levels. We do a lot of strength training, cardio intervals, and balance work. I never knew how weak my back was until I started working it out. Now, I have less back pain, more confidence in my bodies abilities, balanced moods, less acne and inflammation. In December I had blood work done and my insulin and testosterone levels have made a 180' change to normal. Working with Aaron was literally a life changing decision for me! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a healthy change back to basics!

Choosing the right personal trainer is very important. They need to be knowledgeable in health facts, exercise techniques and of course be personal. HofF is the total package. Every session is different, challenging and time well spent. If you want to see results physically, loss weight, get stronger or improve your athletic skills HofF is the program for you. I took a Zumba class with Johanna. It was fun and a high intensity workout. It was such a great experience, it didn't even feel like a workout besides the fact that I was sweating like crazy.

I spoke with Jessie before setting up a first session and he was so easy to talk to. Other personal trainers I spoke with were intimidating, but Jessie was very personable and enthusiastic. I set up a time to meet with Jessie for an evaluation where Jessie assessed my fitness level. From the start I was very impressed. Not only is Jessie in phenomenal shape, (which is what you want from a trainer) but also he is extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Jessie went over my goals with me and outlined a plan. From there, we immediately went to work. The workouts are intense, challenging and fun. I leave looking forward to the next one. Jessie is very patient and corrects your form on the spot so that you are doing the exercises correctly and getting the most out of your workout. Jessie also educates me on my nutrition and the types of food I need to be eating to maximize my results. I look forward to getting into the best shape of my life with Jessie. He gets my highest recommendation!

I began working out with Steve around the age of 12. I was obese and down on myself. Steve knew this and helped me better myself with just enough intensity to yield results. He's very personal; often times I'd be excited to workout just to talk to him. Everyday, Steve would ask what I wanted to improve on, thus making my weaknesses my strengths. I have been training with Hillary One on one twice a week for one year now. I had a serious back surgery in 2013 and had intense physical therapy sessions. When first time I met Hillary (I saw her training someone at the park and liked her & her methods), I was not even allowed to lift more than 10 lbs or run. Being an athlete (I used to teach Tae Kwon Do: I have 2nd degree black belt), I was very frustrated for not able to do many things (as my doctor's order) that I wanted to do. Hillary gradually did increase the weights and exercise intensity as well as instilling my confidence and belief in my capabilities. Now I can feel so much more confident in my daily activities and exercises. I can run without any pain or worries. Lifting up 40+ lbs weights for my arm training is one of my proud workout:). oh yes, I now can wear fly high heels if I want to. Lol. Thank you Hillary. I love you💗🙏

I trained with Jamie for a month. I had a specific goal (strength training) as I had a triathlon coming up and needed help fast! Even though I was trying to cram train in a short period of time, Jamie made sure I had all areas covered and had a set schedule of progression. I love that he threw different workout methods and mixed things around to help enhance and work out the different areas I needed help in i.e. swimming, running & cycling, but at the same time making it fun - throwing boxing into the mix, which I loved as it strengthened not only my arms and core, but also helped with precision while at the same time keeping me stable. It really helps that Jamie is very knowledgeable in what he does. That made me confident in his training and trust that he would deliver results but at the same time keep me safe from hurting my body. All in all I was very happy with the results! I thought I would come in close to 2 hours on my sprint triathlon (I had low hopes as it was my first tri). Instead, I came in at 1 hour and 13 mins and honestly, I don't know if I would've made it in that time without Jamie's training.

Mike is the best when it comes to making sure you get the results you're looking for. He's dedicated and a hard worker, which makes you want to reach your goals as well. His training is intense and sometimes hard but every time you're done you feel accomplished. I went from 206 down to 185, this was done with the training along with the right food and snacks! Like he said it's a life style!

At the beginning of the year I decided to hire a trainer to help me achieve my goal of losing 10lbs and becoming a faster runner. I found Susie onThumbtack and hired her soon after speaking with her. Susie was my trainer for 5 months. In those few months Susie put together a diet that helped me lose almost 15 lbs and she helped me make healthier food choices. I only worked out with her twice a week but she made sure we maximized our time and kept me focused. Susie motivated me constantly. She knew how intimidated I was with many of the machines and the free weight area of the gym so she made sure to incorporate different equipment during our sessions so that I would be familiar with how to use them once I decided to work independently. Susie also incorporated interval training and plyometric excercises to help me with speed on my runs. Since I began working with her my average pace has improved dramatically. Susie was exactly what I had hoped for in a trainer. She is both professional and knowledgeable. She far exceeded my expectations.

Chris is punctual and personable. He is calmly competent and gently motivational. He is also flexible when we need to reschedule, and he isn't at all flustered by the chaos created by our small kids while we are working out. The workouts he has designed for us targeted everything we told him about our goals and issues, started at exactly the right intensity for our current fitness level, and have been building up at exactly the right pace (not too fast...trying to make sure we stay in it for the long haul instead of flaming out). I'm really glad we hired Chris and definitely recommend him!

Marcos is an extremely knowledgeable and personable trainer. He is willing to work with you no matter what your fitness level. Each high intensity workout is designed with your fitness goals in mind. Most importantly he ensures you maintain proper form to avoid any injuries. Scheduling is never a problem, he is very understanding and flexible with his time. Every week I've seen the progress that I've made since the last. My waist size is down and I'm finally seeing some definition on my arms. The objective was to complete a 4 stationed circuit, which consisted of Bench Press, Ball Push-Ups, TR-X Flies and Body Weight dips. What I thought that went well was that my personal trainer Brittney Reyna was so precise with form and time to execute with each exercise, she didn't let me quit. She made sure that I saw all the exercises through. She made sure the intensity was high and that the focus was there. I don't believe there is anything she needs to work on as a trainer, with my experiences with other trainers in the past, they would be on their cellphones and unfocused. With Brittney, she is always giving her 100% focus to me, always giving me her 100% effort through and through. She also hears what I say about my goals, she doesn't try to put on me what she thinks is better in her opinion. She listens to my goals and she helps me smash them.

I have been coming to this gym for a year and I have to say that it has been an amazing experience. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and they care. They have group classes and private sessions that very affordable. For the last two years I have trained with Gus Lopez and have never been upset or disappointed by how he conducts himself or how he handles the training. He has helped me to add 50 push-ups to my max (so far) and to slim down (at my request) as well as gotten me to a higher level of fitness. He has always taken into account personal injuries and works around them - still getting in a great workout. Also, he is one of the nicest and sincere people I have ever had the pleasure of being around. I will continue to train under Gus Lopez for as long as I can and highly recommend him.
