I have been working with JJ for about 1 year and 5 months. Great working environment... JJ has helped me lose so much weight and I’ve learned proper workout techniques in this journey. I maxed out at 240 pounds, but today I weight 205 and still Iosing. I would highly recommend sparta academy for anyone looking to pursue a healthy lifestyle. My martial arts has improved tremendously too. JJ is a good trainer on both cross training and martial arts. JJ teaches Brazilian jiu jitsu, Krav Maga, and Muay Thai for martial arts. JJ would encourage you to come to class as many times you can to see results and improvements. If you ever need to lose weight or learn martial arts, then JJ is the man!
Being an athlete my entire life I have had many coaches, personal trainers, and workout experiences. The workouts OJ from One Body has designed to meet my workout goals have been extremely challenging and a perfect addition to my current workout regiment. I'm currently working with Eric to gain strength and flexibility (and improve my overall health). He has been great! I've been seeing him twice a week for about a month, and look forward to continuing training with him. A couple of things that I really appreciate about Eric and his training sessions: - He was courteous of my budget from the start and let me know what was realistic to do within my budget - He explains every exercise in detail (proper form, where you should feel muscles working, how a spotter would interact with the client). This is important for me, because being a girl and not growing up in a gym I had no clue where to even begin. So this is laying a good foundation for the long run even beyond our training sessions together. Also, it makes the client feel more comfortable when they know in advance where the spotter will be assisting at all times. - Eric is always on time. Even at 5:30 AM. He has a client before me at 4:30 AM and is there for that too. - He's been very kind and flexible when I have to travel for work and is willing to adjust the days that we meet so that I still get my two sessions a week in. - He is looking out for you in the long run. There are so many times that I feel discouraged because I can't quite complete a set or my form isn't right because I get tired. He is always quick to remind me that those things come in time as I build up strength. And it's true-- each time I can do a few more and do it better than before. He sets realistic goals and knows that things do not come over night and he wants you to realize that too. Overall, I'm really pleased with how things have been going. It's not a fast process for some of us, but since first beginning I have seen that I have improved in strength and that my body is shaping up. He's a great guy and knows what he is doing. I appreciate that he uses a style that incorporates basic weight lifting and body strength exercises, things that I could realistically do at home or a gym to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Gabriel has been a great asset as I've been getting back into shape. He's worked with me to get workouts that take my old injuries into account as well as easing me back into an active lifestyle, always making sure I take all the steps to help avoid injury. Gabriel has also been great in helping me clean-up my diet, and his food plans are easy to follow and have really helped me in my progress. It's been great learning new exercises and paying a lot more attention to how the movements and sequence of exercises work together. His studio is the very definition of being a private client, where you work out one-on-one with him which I find both comfortable and intense. You can go all out, with the music jacked up and no one can see you sweat! He's a great trainer and I have really enjoyed working out with him and will continue until I reach my goals.

She also was my personal trainer and yoga coach. She pushed me beyond my comfort zone and helped me understand the true strength of my body. Gil was an incredibly effective and motivating trainer. With his extensive educational background and understanding of balancing the weights, with diet, and cardio - I find training with Gil to already have significant effects not only on my body but also my overall health. I also appreciate the constant communication even when I'm not around and traveling, making sure to keep me on track and keep my diet in line with the overall goals of my training. he's a great guy and couldn't recommend him more to anyone out there that wants to get into great shape, better shape, or really just kickstart a healthier lifestyle.
Judy is the best trainer in the business. She taught me the correct way to eat and is very motivational and supportive. I wouldn't lead the healthier lifestyle that I do today if it wasn't for Judy and her wonderful training. She's the absolute best!!!!

In June of 2014, I was approaching age 50 and I weighted 230lbs. I was constantly being pressured by three close friends to try crossfit. My friends literally dragged me to CPP one day and I've been doing crossfit WOD's ever since that particular day. In four months, I lost 25 pounds and added 5 pounds of muscle. I'm currently weighting 210lbs. Crossfit has been a life changing experience and I'm extremely grateful to my friends for helping get in shape. There's also a very good group of coaches & members who constantly motivate you to complete the WOD's. Much thanks again to everyone at CPP!

Kelly is definitely a great coach. She worked with my schedule and online it gave me the flexibility to adjust to what worked for me. I met Florence when I researched the web for private yoga lessons. Large group settings were not working for me, so I wanted something more personal. It was the 2nd best decision I've made in 2015. Florence is extremely professional, dedicated, expert in her area and strives to help make a positive impact in your life. She customizes every yoga and life coaching lesson to address my specific health needs and in the few months I've been working with her, I've achieved so much. David is an amazing coach. I came to him halfway through a challenge and all I could say is I wish I would’ve invested in his expertise at the beginning of my challenge. With David’s support, guidance, and meal plan, I managed to not only kill my goal and feel awesome about myself, but I also improved my relationship with food tremendously. I will admit at first I was a little nervous about walking into my first session with LaVelle. I was thinking it was a weight loss program designed for men. Looking at the wonderful reviews about LaVelle helped ease my nerves about the program. I knew I needed to do something different because exercising by itself was just not taking the weight off. After being on the program for approx. 20 weeks, I realize the changes I’m making today are long term gains. My transformation has helped me change my mindset on how I view food and what I put into my body. I’m more cautious of the types of food I eat and I’m actually enjoying eating healthier. Tommy is an awesome basketball coach. He always made sure to make me practice and focus on my fundamentals and footwork. I play power forward and center so he taught me how to move my feet and perform power moves in the post. One of them was catching the ball behind and on the side of the basket then taking a power dribble and go up while rotating my body with my pivot food as the center of my gravity. The moves he taught me are efficient and effective so I learn how to play smarter while exerting less energy for each move. He also taught me how to shoot effectively as a big man. Focus in the range I'm effectively in using pivoting techniques that requires no more than two dribbles to get me to an open spot for a shot. Overall, he taught me a great deal and I highly recommend him as a coach!
I have been working with Emily for awhile on some issues I had been struggling with. What I like most about this coach is her ability to listen and provide insight. She demonstrates compassion and kindness, and I feel very comfortable talking with her. I have received clarity through our discussions, which helped me to gain a deeper sense of awareness and understanding that I did not have before.
