Working with Eric as a beginner in fitness and strength training was amazing. Very patient, accommodating, and gave loads of positive encouragement that helped me through many a tough workout! Highly recommended.Mar 3, 2020
Working with Eric was amazing. He really has a great knowledge of what he is doing and can translate that knowledge towards who he is training. One of the best works outs I’ve ever had and still had a lot of fun doing it because of Eric’s friendly attitude and motivation. Would definitely train with Eric again and recommend him to anybody in need.Jul 8, 2019
Eric is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable in your workout. He doesn’t just tell you what exercise to do, but explains the benefit of doing each exercise. He focuses not only on strength training and endurance, but flexibility and balance, which are core concepts of fitness. I would highly recommend him as a trainer.Jul 7, 2019
Eric is superb and has an awesome attitude , plus he is super passionate and knowledgeable !!! My body feels so much better since I have been training with him!Jul 27, 2019
I couldn’t have asked for a better and more qualified trainer than Eric. He has a passion for what he does and it shows. I am an older adult, interested in improving my balance and flexibility so as to prevent falls. This involves a very different set of exercises than the usual weight training. He employs a diverse array of exercises that are functional as well as strengthening. Eric has a lot of patience and understands my needs and limitations, providing exercises that are safe and effective for me. My balance, strength and functional ability have improved tremendously since working with him.Jul 7, 2019
