FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fixed price per session; However, training sessions may vary from 60-70 minutes depending on how you feel (if you have a specific muscle discomfort one day we may spend more time addressing that symptom). In Addition to my training sessions, I can also provide you with Free training templates/programs for you to follow during your own time. I even have an active social media following if you are interested in learning new exercises - including exercises for specific muscle groups & dysfunctions. ( Instagram & Facebook Username: Schaefit_ ) AND, I will give you access to a health portal link that allows you to log and track your own calories & fitness activities, while providing you with supplementation, vitamin, & dietary information - all from registered dietitians!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, we will go through a brief consultation where I will inquire questions about your current lifestyle (occupation, postural habits, physical/recreational activities, etc), we will discuss your fitness goals, address any limitations you may currently have, perform some physical assessments to test for muscle imbalances, and you will have the option to receive further tips, guidance, and links to help achieve your overall fitness goals! Then, we can proceed with your first training session or reschedule for another day - whichever is convenient for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have B.S. in Health Science and am currently applying to medical school. I also have an A.A. in Kinesiology. I've also continued to further my education in kinesiology by achieving new fitness certifications - such as my Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certificate that I received from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
