I planned a personal cooking lesson for my boyfriend's birthday, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Chef Keith took time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, and he was flexible in creating our personalized 3 course menu. He showed up to my house on time, and was prepared with all of the food and cooking tools. He even cleaned up afterwards and left my kitchen spotless. The food was amazing! Chef Keith is very knowledgable about cooking. I would highly recommend hiring Chef Keith! It was absolutely worth it!!
Chef L, came in to a very difficult situation and did great. Chef L gave my son and I private cooking lessons which went great, it was a great experience for both of us. It is allowing me to have something to connect with my son with since sports are not his thing. I really recommend Chef L, the food was great and his ability to simplify everything allowed us to truly enjoy ourselves.
I had the pleasure of learning from Laura last weekend. I consider myself an experienced cook and I'm grateful to report I learned new techniques, recipes, and cooking tips from Laura! Not only did she thoughtfully provide cooking advice prior to our first lesson, but she additionally considered all my health requests when I expressed a desire to continue learning "clean" cooking. I am an avid weight lifter and fitness instructor and I explained to Laura that I am very conscious about how I cook (i.e. cooking without salt, eating very lean protein meat/fish, etc.). I cook every single meal for myself and meal prep on weekends in order to weigh out all my portions before the beginning of my week. Laura modified several recipes to adhere to the guidelines I outlined for her and even gave me suggestions for sauces, curries and cooking techniques I could use in future meal planning. Laura was also aware I am in the process of moving to another country and she used her knowledge of the specific country's culture to recommend several cooking items I could purchase to maximize my ability to cook with variety yet within budget. Laura went above and beyond my expectations by applying her knowledge and expertise to best advise me on cooking techniques I can use both in the U.S. and when I move abroad, shared her passion for cooking and piqued my interest in expanding my cooking repertoire. I highly recommend Laura for cooking lessons, meal preparation and special events.
I met Pastor Paschal in 1995 in Zimbabwe when I was 15. He was conducting a crusade at City Centre Seventh Day Adventist Church in Bulawayo. I believe he came the right time with the crusade when my life felt like it is going to spiral out of control as it does in any teenagers life and the world doesn't make sense. I had grown up in the church but I just didn't know the direction my life was going. When I heard him preach for the first time I thought to myself that I need to attend all his evangelist meetings . So my brother and I told my parents that we need to attend his meetings during the week in the evenings after school. My parents allowed us to stay with my Uncle who lived in the city because we lived just outside the city and the commute to the church would have been long. The word was presented through the vessel of Anthony Paschal in a way that resonated with me,left an indelible print in my heart such that I had a desire and to enter into a relationship with the Lord. I accepted the call to baptism and thus my journey began where God had been teaching me about His undying love for me. A lesson I believe I will be learning until the day I die over and over again. Baptism was held on a Sabbath afternoon and I remember being worried about how he was going to say my name because I knew he was American and it was not going to be easy. But he kept saying I am going to get it right or at least close enough and he finally pronounced it after several attempts. I think it was the highlight of that baptism, looking back I appreciated his effort. I don't think anyone forgets who baptised them and Pastor Paschal was ininstrumental in bringing me to the Lord and I thank him for his service in God's Kingdom.
Everything about Delicioso is great! Thea does a fabulous job during her cooking lessons; not only did I learn how to cook delicious food (I am not an experienced cook in any way) but I also had fun! The blends she makes (savory and sweet) are so versatile that I purchased some for gifts and everybody else loves them as much as I do! I'm so glad I found Thea!
Greg catered my son's high school graduation party. We had the smoked pulled pork, smoked chicken, bbq baked beans, smoked mac and cheese, and the cowboy potatoes. We had plenty to feed everybody!! The food was great and there was hardly any of the pulled pork left. Greg also included his own homemade bbq sauce that I think he could sell by itself! I would definitely recommend Greg for your next event!
