- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My full staging price is for 90 days instead of 30. My prices starts at $2,100.00 and up depending on how many rooms, square footage and location. I also charge a $150.00 consultation fee that applies towards the staging if considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a client, I meet at the location where the staging will take place . Process is simple and smooth.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Decorating has always been my passion. I have decorated since I was a teenager. I loved decorating for my family and friends are giving advice on what to do or use for certain areas of their homes. My friends and family will ask me every time coming to my house, “why don’t you decorate people homes for a living since you love doing it ?“. My answer was maybe you are right! So I prayed about it and here I’m now doing what I love to do pretty much my whole life.
