When our caterer dropped the ball on the day of the wedding-sending fewer staff than promised and the owner not even showing up-Jacke didn't miss a beat. While half the family was panicking, she stayed completely calm and made sure every single guest was taken care of and that dinner service happened exactly on time. That kind of grace under pressure is invaluable. But her expertise went far beyond crisis management. Most of our family traveled from out of state, and Jacke coordinated beachfront accommodations for everyone that were absolutely spectacular. She even arranged for three golf carts so we could get around easily without the hassle of cars or waiting for ride shares-such a thoughtful touch that made the whole weekend feel relaxed and special. The personal details she thought of were incredible. She found a bartender who makes homemade syrups and worked with them to create two signature drinks in the bride's wedding colors. It's those kinds of touches-the ones you'd never think of yourself-that made the reception feel truly personalized and memorable. Jacke has a direct, organized approach that keeps everyone (including enthusiastic family members!) on track and on schedule. She's professional, detail-oriented to an almost magical degree, and thinks ten steps ahead. It was very apparent from the start the Annemarie is an industry expert, she was able to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process, and provide great vendor recommendations for gaps I needed to fill in. Annemarie worked closely alongside me in the month leading up to the wedding to get all of the vendor contracts from me, put together a timeline, and contact the vendors ahead of time. I knew that my wedding was in good hands, the wedding day went without a hitch thanks to Annemarie.
