They made sure our house was clean at the end of the day before leaving. I also hired him for installing baseboards in our bedrooms. Even though he was extremely busy, he agreed to install the baseboards and gave me a good quote. Baseboards looks pretty. My home looks so pretty with new color and baseboards. Hired Mario to install an interior door into the laundry room. He responded in a professional manner and quoted $600 for demo and installation plus extra for materials. I was too quick to hire and saw his (3) 5 star reviews. The red flag was the reviews didn’t have any details. 10 years of experience and a self proclaimed “perfectionist” did not show in the final results of this project. There was wood dust left behind and debris disposed without the use of construction bags. I specifically left him contractor grade construction bags and some extra sheet rock to repair a small corner of drywall that was damaged. The caulking was messy and everywhere with smears on the door handle and towel bar. Mario did paint an already primed door but applied such a thin coat it looked watered down. I fully reimbursed for all supplies so not sure why he purchase a pint size can of paint for a full sized door and drum. I’ll have to fix up the caulking , wipe down the fixtures and clean the dust he left behind. Obviously I won’t be hiring Mario again and would not recommend his services to another homeowner. It’s sad when the communication and response was great but execution was a fiasco. Mario is a 10 yr construction veteran but this quality and lack of detail questions his qualifications. I hope he improves and pays more attention to the details. Mario posted a finished that photo shows a nice luxury bathroom but that’s only because my tile contractor and plumber did a phenomenal job and the door install by itself is just bad quality.

Contacted them to re-stain our front doors. At first it was great communication. We were directed to purchase the stain (already purchased the hardware) and to send a text when it got closer to our appointment date to remind them. I did as directed and tried contacting them numerous times. Not only did they never show up, never heard back from them either. Save yourself a headache and use someone else.

I got a quote from Vince for installing a closet door in my house. I called him to talk about the work and was happy to go ahead and schedule him to do the work. We agreed he would come out 11/9/18 at 9-9.30am. I was going to work from home to be there when he was doing the work. It is now 12.00pm 11/9/18 and he did not turn up. No message, no email, no phone call. I left him a voicemail and sent him a text message but I have still not heard anything from him. Totally frustrating that he does not contact you. Highly recommend you do not schedule Vince as he will probably let you down and leave you hanging.
