I have worked with many personal trainers over the years, but no one has delivered excellent results as consistently as Joe. I've lost weight, while actually enjoying the workouts! It is serious training that is 100% personalized to your body and goals. His private gym is a great environment to avoid the crowds and never feel intimidated. There's really no better investment you can make in yourself-- try a few sessions, and see for yourself! You won't regret it.

I have had personal trainers before but only at a gym. When i trained with Armando Ramirez it was in the comfort of his home. He trained me in his garage and it was for a month. I told him I wanted a work out plan that would target a total body work out crunched into an hour. He first weighed me and tuck measurements. So I can see my progress. That was very helpful and I like that I felt comfortable with him. I liked how it was one on one without the crowded gym environment. Armando showed me how to enjoy working out instead of counting down the minutes. I liked how it was quick and do able on a weekly basis. He always made sure my form was correct. In the past other trainers didn't give me as much attention due to other clients in the gym. Armando also pushed me when he seen I wanted to give up. But it was not aggressive it was very motivational. He showed me that I was capable of exceeding in my work outs. One thing, Armando did not have to many work out machines but his work out consisted more of stability and balance. I liked that better because I can do those work outs anywhere. No GYM needed. I really recommend training with Armando!!
Monique is kind, professional, and a joy to have as a personal trainer. She knows how to tailor the exercises to each individual's abilities and needs. I am very happy that I found her. Wonderful trainer, wonderful person!
Lala is fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable, and committed, yet warm, compassionate, caring and supportive. I have researched and interviewed many personal trainers and Lala is by far the only one I trust to help me strengthen and heal my 48 year old body, so that I can continue my profession as a Registered Nurse after having a car accident and other back injuries. Mohamed is the best trainer I have ever trained with. I have trained with a number of other trainers before but no one as good as Mohamed. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants us to see results which is why he checks in daily to see how I am feeling. He is an all in one trainer, in the sense he not only helped me get fit physically but also helped me become positive/strong mentally. He saw that I was working out with him but was not happy mentally (job situation) but he helped me deal with it. He such a positive person with a lot to offer. His workouts are awesome, he challenges me every time I see him. I am doing workouts that I have never done before or even knew I could do. I definitely see a lot of results after I started working out with him. I would recommend him to everyone!
Despite my initial hesitation (dread?) to start working out after a LONG hiatus, I have now been training with Roger for 7 years and have followed him on his professional journey from a corporate gym setting to a more customizable warehouse-style gym, even at various outdoor venues just to "mix it up." I have also worked out with other trainers, so am speaking from experience and trial-&-error. What I love about Roger is his flexibility and willingness to accommodate all body types, fitness levels, ages, schedules and even location. He is attentive to injuries I've had over the years and truly passionate about what he does. Even though I choose to work out in a group setting, he has an uncanny ability to make you feel like you're the only one, while simultaneously managing the needs/skill levels of everyone! It is a gift not many trainers have. He is extremely professional, yet keeps it fun and light, has a huge heart, and NEVER makes anyone feel inadequate. Even on my worst days, I leave not only physically "lifted," but inspired to work harder in many other areas of my life! I hope he never moves out of the area:)
My wife & I hired Jon about a couple of months back for personal training with the primary goal of improving our strength and fitness. When I began my physical training with Caterina, I was quite out of shape, over weight, and having chronic back problems. Although we have only been working together for approximately eight weeks, I am already seeing improvements in my fitness level and my body shape. I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier overall. Caterina pushes me harder than I would push myself all while supporting me in my efforts. Caterina does an excellent job of structuring the training session so it is a balanced workout. She is a true pleasure to have as a personal trainer, and she encourages me to continue working toward my fitness goals.
Will is the 3rd personal trainer I have had and is by far the best one for many reasons. He is reliable, fun, encouraging, professional, knowledgeable. I've been training with him for about 3 months 2x weekly. He's rarely duplicated an exercise and I always feel as though I had a great workout when I leave. I would highly recommend Will as a personal trainer!!
Working out with Joe has changed my life. I am down nearly 40 pounds in 4 months but, more importantly, I am stronger and more fit person today thanks to Joes workouts. I have been motivated by his own stories of weight struggle and the desire to live a healthier lifestyle. Joe has been in my shoes. He understands my struggles with eating and exercise. And hes crafted a lifestyle change plan for me to help me get over my hurdles and stay on track to meet my fitness goals. He has tailored the workouts to my needs, changing it up to keep it fresh, balancing strength training with cardio exercise to maximize my results.. He has pushed me when I needed pushing and scaled back when he would see me struggle - not to the point where I was giving up but rather reducing the intensity of my workout so that I could finish it and not feel defeated. Hes has motivated me and, despite my resistance and my hate of running, has turned me into a runner - first 1 mile, then 1-1/2, then 2. Today, I am running more than 3 miles on my own several times a week and plan to run in a 5K next month. ME... of all people. I highly recommend Joe as a personal trainer. I am on my second 20-session plan with him and plan to sign up for at least one more to get me through the end of the year and closer to my long-term goal. Beyond that, I plan to start attending his boot camp sessions soon as a way of maintaining my weight once I reach my weight loss goals. "
Working with Leah has been a really great experience so far. She is so passionate about exercise and also about helping me reach my personal fitness goals. She is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining why we do certain movements, what we can expect to gain from doing them, and how to do them with proper form, which is extremely helpful and very important to me. I would highly recommend training with Leah to my friends and family.
When I first worked with Nick, he introduced me to a short warm up and a workout routine. I remembered at that time, I got twenty minuets into that workout and I remember getting a bit dizzy and winded. Nick noticed this right away and encouraged me to rest a bit so I wouldn't pass out in the middle of the gym. After spending two meetings with Nick, he was able to adapt the workouts to better prepare my body for all the physical work it needed to do. With Nick's help, I was able to run a 5K in about a month and a 10K in four months. What made Nick different from other trainers I have had in my life was that not only did he give me a workout routine that I was able to stick to and follow, he taught me the importance of nutrition to help ensure I had the energy to get through the more rigorous workout programs. Even though Nick is no longer my trainer, he still checks up on me to make sure that I am on track with my health goals and if life is treating me well.
Out of the seven trainers that I've had at Equinox, 24 Hour Fitness, and various other gyms, Ana Barroga has distinguished herself as the most capable and effective personal trainer I've worked with. Her commitment to me as a person, attention to detail, and thorough explanations have not just given me a healthier body, but the tools and the knowledge for me to maintain fitness. Ana tends to carry her clients extremely close to her heart. She has done a great deal of research and worked extremely hard to come up with a plan that challenged me and allowed me to easily measure my success. This, coupled with her infectious enthusiasm, completely changed my attitude towards personal training and working out. If you are trying to ascertain whether or not to pick Ana as your trainer, let me be clear: Ana's skill set and experience loudly forecasts a future where she will be amongst the most sought after trainers in Los Angeles. I can't recommend her enough.
Ben is, by far, one of the most professional and dedicated personal trainers I’ve ever met. For starter, he is always punctual and responsive. (Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a personal trainer cancelled on me last minute.) More importantly, Ben is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He actually dedicates his time and energy to tailor personalized workout programs that are not only specifically aim to reach my goals, but also accommodating to my body condition. Throughout each training session, Ben always pays extra attention to my techniques for potential improvements. Furthermore, he always manages to come up with different variations of movements to ensure that I can train in the safest and most effective way possible. I noticed substantially amount of muscle and strength gains after a month of training sessions with him. You honestly cannot go wrong with training with Ben!
Omar is the best trainer ever!! I workout with Omar for a couple months!!! He was amazing trainer, fun, and very open on what part of my body I would like to focus on!! I truly recommend him as a personal trainer! Looking forward to workout with you again
I was referred to Dante by a friend who highly recommended him after training with him for a few months. I was hesitant because I hadn’t trained in a very long time, gained a lot of weight and didn’t want to feel and look dumb. I had run into Dante a few times and he always had such a calming energy that I finally decided to put my fears aside and give it a shot. Best decision I made. Dante is positive, motivating, fun, and very knowledgeable on how to work with different body types. I lost more weight and inches in the first month than I have in years. I’ve trained for months now and we’ve never done the same exercise twice. He knows how to shock your body into shape! If you are looking for a trainer that knows how to get you in shape and makes you feel comfortable while doing it Dante is the guy for you.

I hired Paul Fulcher as a personal trainer in order to reach my goal of losing 30lbs. Not only did I lose the weight, but he went above and beyond and taught me how to eat healthier and feel better about myself. He has a high level of energy but not overbearing! You will immediately notice his passion for fitness and sense of humor which fueled my motivation. Not only do you get results you gain a healthy lifestyle. Highly recommended!
I did lots of research on personal fitness trainers in the south bay area. I found Ron’s website, researched his training program and emailed him in regards to more information. He returned the email promptly and within the week we were meeting and discussing my goals and starting my training sessions the next week. Ron provides a complete package that is easy to follow yet aggressive to the goals that you are wanting. I have been with him for 9-weeks now and he has exceeded my expectations in a trainer. He is there by your side correcting your techniques; assist when needed but never lets you gives up. Each session he challenges you and provides positive reinforcements to keep you motivated. I am moving forward meeting my goals and Ron has helped provide me with that. Great trainer, very knowledgeable and a great mentor for getting yourself where you want to be physically and mentally. I would recommend him to anyone no matter what stage of fitness you are. He has set a great foundation for my future goal. Can’t thank him enough.
