- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone conversation, initial session then a set schedule for training. During this time I provide nutrition advice and monthly body mass measurements.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fitness plans for weight loss, muscle mass increase, and agility training for athletes. For those who are injured and need low weight baring, I also do in pool workouts. As for recreation, I teach swimming at all levels.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone that listens to your needs and is able to give you the tools you need to succeed. Flexibility and a positive attitude can go a long way.
