Chef Jim deserves the highest accolades for the incredible meals he provides for us, right in our own home! He is punctual and passionate about what he does, with special detail to our dietary needs. I have had Chef Jim cook for me several times. This last time was perfect because he arrived at my house while I was at work, he prepared all the meals I requested, labeled everything with reheating instructions, and cleaned my kitchen after. I would have never even have known he was there except that my refrigerator was full of delicious food and my kitchen was spotless!

Chef Jim cooked for me and my family following the birth of our second child. Not only did he eliminate the stress of having to cook for the week, but his meals made every night something to look forward to! The dishes were of great quality, were generously portioned, and adhered to our tastes. Jim was well organized, pleasant, and professional. I would absolutely recommend this service - a great value!

Jim cooked for 6 of us this past weekend in San Clemente. Originally it was going to be 4 of us and a mere 2 hours before he was to arrive, we requested, if possible, that we add 2 guests. He happily obliged, and had a great attitude despite the last minute change. He prepared 3 starters for us, a salad, and an entree for filet mignon with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The portions were generous and the meal was cooked and presented to perfection. He served and cleaned up, all with a smile on his face. We really enjoyed our meal, and he was organized, on time, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. I highly recommend Chef Jim for any party and would hire him again without hesitation. Thanks Jim for a wonderful night!

Chef Jim was very professional, arrived on-time, and completely prepared to cook my meals. I was incredibly impressed with his efficient food preparation and kitchen cleanup afterwards. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious and all of my special dietary requirements were met (vegetarian friendly, weight loss). Having a fridge and freezer full of packaged meals certainly makes my life easier during a stressful work week!
