He does not blow the “smoke” many trainers do, he also is the only trainer (and he is my 3rd…from the same company) who explains proper form and method behind his training. Best part, he is very very friendly and fun to work with :). Since working with Daniel, I feel very energetic and motivated. and I feel lot stronger than I used to be. If not for Daniel, I would absolutely be so stressed from work that I would be miserable (also fact that i am expecting my first child in couple of months), but thanks to Daniel, I can leave that from my mind!
