FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of training environment the client is most comfortable with, the amount of time the client commits to train with us, and the number of days a week the client wants to train. We offer 1-on-1 Private personal training, which is a fantastic option for those who have require more attention or have any type of special needs, injuries, and those who may feel uncomfortable in a gym setting. We also offer Semi-Private personal training, which is a great option for those who don't mind working out with an additional client during the same allotted time. We offer three different packages depending on the commitment level and/or time frame the client desires such as three months, six months, and a year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial stages of working with a client, we will always perform a Biomotor Assessment. This allows us to look objectively (through measurements) and subjectively (through careful observation) at your current movement abilities, range of motion, and compensations. We will also go over past and current medical history that way we are cognizant of important physiological and psychological issues when designing your fitness program specific to you! From all of that data, I move forward by creating a corrective program that acts as a foundation that prepares the nervous system and muscular system to work synergistically, as well as correct any imbalances I may have discovered during the Biomotor Assessment. Once the corrective program is put into place, I design your individualized fitness program, tailored to your needs and goals! I remain fully committed to careful coaching techniques, offering overall health advice when necessary, and continue to be your biggest supporter to help you achieve your health goals!
