Fernando is prompt in responding and accommodated scheduling conflicts multiple times. Gave a clear explanation on the problem after initial inspection. Price quoted was reasonable for the job. They completed the job next day. He kept updated with the progress and explained what they’re doing and how they’re fixing the problem including the material they’re using. So happy that my roof got fixed just in time before a rain on that day and what is expected to be a heavy rainy season.

Fernando did an excellent job putting back the roof cap that came off during recent storms. Originally it was just glued down, so he glued and anchored it with screws. He also screwed down the other roof cap although it was still in place. He found several broken tiles which he repaired I also had him clean out gutters and remove two dish antennae on my patio roof. Everything done in an excellent manner. Thank you Fernando.

It was a real pleasure working with Fernando and his dad. We found them not only true professionals but also great human beings. I say this as a multiple home owner and having worked with hundreds of other service providers. They just work without any fanfare while treating your home as their own. Attention to detail, quality work, responsiveness, ease of working with, and reasonable price make them a stand out among many others out there. We are especially pleased with this work after one week of trauma with another local roofer. We called this other person because we wanted to check the health of our roof. This person came and dismantled title after tile telling us this and that. After exposing roughly 90 sqft of plywood, he said he can't finish the work that day and he had to come after one week because of another project. We were horrified. We pleaded with him to at least cover it up given that it is winter. He then brought a cheap underlayment and nailed it by the wrong nails (as we found out later), and he left. Long story short, we had to run around the following few days to get quotes from other professionals to finish the job. We chose Fernando and his dad and we were not disappointed. The work was done in one day with minimal supervision, including checking all other areas of the roof and thorough cleaning up. We are pleased. We plan to use them for other jobs pretty soon. Thank you!
