I was looking for personal trainers in Newport Beach and found Fitness by Kai on OC Voters "Best Of", after reading reviews on multiple outlets I gave them a call. I am now my 6th month and have seen a dramtic increase in strength and muscle tone. Ill be honest what we do the gym is nothing special. We work out hard, like we should. What I feel is special is the care and.comittment I get outside of the gym. I get follow up texts, help when I have a question and a feeling constant accountability. They make me feel like I am with them. Its helped a lot. Down 12 pounds, down 7% body fat and have lost 6 inches overall!Dec 23, 2014
Found them through the OC HOT LIST as they were listed as the top trainers in Orange County. I met and signed on with Chris as my personal trainer and so far its been fantastic!Jul 29, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our personal trainers are required to take 2 refresher courses or certification courses twice a year. We hold certifications in body building, corrective exercise, functional exercise, Olympic weight lifting, yoga and Pilates
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I always had a passion for fitness from a very young age. I am a former figure skater, track runner, softball and basketball player. I have practiced hot yoga and Pilates for the last 10 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Weight loss, personal training, toning, firming, weight gain, lean muscle building, yoga, Pilates, functional and corrective exercise
