I wanted to solo travel Germanic Europe and not just the touristy things. However, the thought of planning the hotels and activities was a bit overwhelming. I had never used a travel agent before, but felt like one could help and give me an idea of what the trip could be. I shopped around for a few and Lisa was the one I went with. While others were faster, Lisa won me over by taking the time to get to know me and make a plan for what I was looking to do. She factored in locations, budget, hotels, transportation, and helped plan activities. This was exactly the comprehensive solution was what I was looking for.
We started with a keystone activity of hiking through the Black Forest in Germany. While definitely not a common request, she listened and was able to work with another service to get me exactly what I was looking for. From there we built an itinerary around a rough set of dates and locations. She had great recommendations for seeing a philharmonic show at the Elbie in Hamburg and other great activities the were suited to my personal tastes. Lisa also listened to my hotel preferences to keep my budget down. Outside of a few minor issues the trip was a success and I am happy with the results. If you’re looking for help with the whole trip I definitely recommend using Lisa’s services.

My boyfriend and I were looking to book a trip somewhere tropical- but we had no idea where to start! After a quick call with Lisa, she was able to get an extensive list of all our wants and needs, and came back to us with a list of several options in a variety of destinations, resorts, and price ranges! Lisa made this process so easy for us. Within 2 weeks, we went from absolute scratch to booking our entire vacation! Lisa took care of everything including resort booking, flights, airport transportation, and travel insurance. She gave us a price and all we had to do was sign off and we were booked! I was so stressed about it to begin with, and it couldn’t have been easier! We’re so excited for our trip to the Bahamas!

Lisa was excellent to work with. She responded to my email immediately and called me the next day. She asked me great questions to help find the best fit for my vacation. When I was ready to book the trip the plane tickets had increased, so she took the time to review another option to help reduce the cost. I would definitely hire her again!

Lisa helped me find last-minute accommodation after my Airbnb canceled. She’s very knowledgeable and found deals I wouldn’t have had access to or known to look for if I had tried to panic-book something on my own.
She suggested kid friendly activities including a fantastic paddle boarding location for us as first-timers, a couple of secret swimming spots, and perfect restaurants and places to grab a cold drink with oceanfront views, excellent food, and exactly the casual beachy atmosphere we were looking for.
