I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.

Juliette is one of the most kind and positive people that I know. Her class is a mix of challenging postures and relaxing deep stretches. It's the perfect balance! You will have fun in her class and afterward feel rejuvenated and refreshed. She is an amazing teacher and human!
Began cardio workouts April 2015 twice per week, my goal was weight loss and staying in shape. It is now October and my weight is down 31 lbs and my body is much better shape..very pleased. I am so happy to have her help and support. I am 77 years young..
Yoga Class with Stephanie was challenging but adaptable to all ages. I was in my 70's. Stephanie's carefully planned series of low impact movements effectively improved my strength, flexibility and balance. And it was fun!
Victoria helped me with the issues I came in for and also addressed some things I didn't know I needed. She has great insights and is very gifted as a healer. I saw results within the first few days of our session. I went to her for 3 consecutive sessions and now only go in if I feel out of balance or if I have something important going on in my life. I also appreciate that the way she goes about the healing is as a witness. That resonated for me. The yoga studio she works out of is clean and comfortable. There was plenty of street parking. But if you don't want to come out, she does remote sessions also. I prefer remote sessions because I don't have to factor travel time in. I highly recommend her.
We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette party in Malibu! I am so happy we selected Stacey to instruct yoga on the beach!! She was incredibly quick to reply, professional and prompt! We were mostly beginners and wanted to have a casual yoga session! She was very detailed in the movements/practice but at the same time tailored the class to her audience and kept it very lighthearted. Loved her jokes ;) At the end, she provided the bachelorette with a card congratulating her on the upcoming wedding! What a thoughtful touch! Too bad she didn't live in Texas otherwise I'd def be using her more! Thank you again Stacey for such a wonderful morning!
Ana is fantastic. Very professional and experienced. She prepares notes for each session in advance! I've been doing private yoga for 5+ years and highly recommend Ana. Just don't steal my time.:)
I was originally looking for a personal trainer and never thought I was one to do yoga. When Maya came along with her knowledge of the body, muscles and mind it blew me out of this world. I take lessons whenever I can to not only relax but also build muscle and self awareness. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking to achieve a fitness goal, try something new, or looking for some sort of meditation.
Vlad is rad, seriously! Yoga was pretty difficult for me in the past because I didn't have a great teacher. However, after my sessions with him yoga became fun, challenging, and enjoyable again. He has an amazing holistic approach to yoga, and is considerate of your personal goals. I'm very excited he's teaching in LA now! Go check out a session--I highly recommend his class!
I love Jen & her teaching style. She has a way of making the newest yogi feel super comfortable and the advanced yogi feel super challenged! Her classes are varied, fun and always interesting. Fleur is awesome! I've known Fleur since high school and recently reconnected with her due to my need to start moving and being active. She is the epitomy of healthy & fit and a great jogging coach as well as pilates instructor. She is patient and encouraging but pushes you to be your best. I feel great about myself and others can see the improvement over the past year since I've been working with Fleur. I feel more toned and in-shape. (I just need to work on my eating habits now.) =)
