Introduction: I independently have a full training background in FITNESS and in DANCE. For DANCE: You will be hiring someone with 17 years of experience in dance, professional credits that include Prince & Pharrell, and the current Entertainment Director/Choreographer of the LA SparKids (WNBA Dance Team). My knowledge of dance and movement is thorough and diverse. I've trained formally in ballet, modern, jazz and west african. While I started learning Hip-hop in the studio, I became fully immersed in the New York hip-hop scene where the original dancers would spread their knowledge of dance informally and the culture was palpable. I also have "street" training in poppin, lockin, waackin, vogue and house. For FITNESS: I have an eye for form that comes from 17 years of experience in dance as well as 14 years of fitness training. I enjoy integrating my 5 years of goal and accountability coaching into my sessions and with longer term clients, as I make sure to give my trainees the BEST and most fun experience possible.
