Introduction: Hello my name is Aaron Paz. I am a fitness trainer in the SFV specifically in North Hollywood. I have a passion for fitness and enjoy helping others reach their goals. Helping people reach their goals is the biggest benefit from being a trainer. Not only training but teaching people on why they are doing a certain exercises is part of the job. I have personal training experience for 4 years from working with seniors to athletes. Responsiveness and Value 5/5 stars. January 03, 2021, Aaron Paz has been my trainer since Gold Gym, due to the COVID-19 gold gym closed. I continue to training with Aaron because his ability to work with my own pace, his knowledge and professionalism makes everything easy to understand, he focus to what I want to accomplish, he helps me to get to where I want to be to my body, I gained muscles, maintain the weight I want, crave for more training, I got stronger. I started lifting 10lbs, just after few months I was able to lift 115lbs I called it very impressive. He is very patience to train with, we work as a team, very creative with new things it makes my workout so much fun. I respect his loyalty always ready anytime, anywhere, rain or shine. The best thing about the workout is that he is constantly pushing you to be a better version of yourself. Be it beginner, expert, or amateur, no matter who you are the workout is always tailored with you in mind. Truly one of my best experiences with a trainer.

Aaron does an excellent job planning the workouts for each specific muscle group. The super sets and timed rest in between sets make the workouts go by quick but feel very intense.

One of the best trainers out there. I see Aaron once a week, and it's the best day hands down. He is creative and intense with his workouts. Consistently coming up with new ways to help acquire new gains. I credit my newfound health and muscles all to him!
