Introduction: Hi! My name is Veronica and I’ve been a personal trainer and nutritionist for the last 8 years. I genuinely love helping people on their journey to becoming fitter, healthier, and more confident with who they are as a person. I have numerous certifications in personal training, nutrition, pre & post natal training, and mindset coaching. I’d love to help you get in amazing shape and be there every step to help guide through your journey. I offer individual sessions, partner sessions, and small group sessions for friends who want to workout together. I work at a private training gym in North Hollywood, and I offer park/outdoor and home gym sessions too around LA (I have plenty of portable equipment that I bring to clients). Honestly, not sure where to start when it comes to working with Veronica! She is an ABSOLUTE GEM and I’m so grateful I continued working with her after a highly recommended referral by a previous trainer. We initially met a couple months back and after hearing so many great things about her, we decided to do a week trial and the rest was history! She’s knowledgeable, professional, supportive and consistent! You can always count on her to hold you accountable and encourage you to push your limits all while keeping safety in mind. She knows how to individualize work out plans to accommodate your needs, while working on strengthening your weakness. Still working on my fitness journey and my personal eating habits, but I can easily say I’ve felt stronger since working with her and it shows! I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for the best all in all motivational trainer!

Veronica is an amazing, educated personal trainer and nutritionist! She’s helped me so much with really getting back into shape after having kids, surgeries that caused me to have a sedentary lifestyle for awhile, etc. She’s very educated (with both training/workout stuff and nutrition/macros) and she always puts my needs and safety first, which I super appreciate. And at the same time she pushes me through tough workouts that challenge me and certainly get me out of my comfort zone. I tried (unsuccessfully) to get into shape on my own just by following random routines and advice online, but as soon as I started working with her the actual progress finally happened. I’ve lost a lot of weight and have kept it off long term. The fact that she’s actually so much fun and positive to be around makes her such a great fit as a trainer/coach. I’d highly recommend her to anyone! 😊

Veronica is great! She is a super friendly, positive, and encouraging personal trainer. She keeps the whole you in mind when figuring out how to best train you & help you set your goals. She pushes you but not to the point where you feel like you’re going to break and want to give up, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her!!

Veronica is the MOST positive trainer. She's so nice and friendly but don't let that fool you because she will make you WORK HARD which is exactly why I have loved training with her. She has not only helped me reach my goals but she also helped me gain confidence in the gym that transferred over outside of the gym. It's a plus that she's pretty good to look good but that's not why I hired her. It's because of everything I mentioned above but it's a bonus. If you're thinking of hiring her as a trainer DO IT!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I set up an initial phone call just to learn more about the new potential client (their goals, health history, etc). I want all potential clients to be able to work with a pro who’ll genuinely be an excellent fit for them. After the initial call, if both the potential client and I feel we’re a great match, we’ll set up a starter session together and move forward from there.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have various certifications in personal training, nutrition, group training, pre & post natal training, and more that I’ve attained over the last 9 years. I also had quite a journey with fitness/health myself so I have a lot of knowledge from personal experience.
