- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe great service starts with great communication. You'll receive reminders the day before your scheduled cleaning, and again the morning of your service. You’ll also get a notification when your cleaning pro is on the way. You don’t need to stay during the cleaning — just be available at the start to greet the cleaner and at the end for a quick walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations. Our goal? A spotless home and a stress-free experience, every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I didn’t attend a school for cleaning, I’ve gained hands-on experience over the years by working closely with experienced professionals and studying what truly gets results. I’ve also taken the time to understand the best products, tools, and techniques to handle everything from everyday messes to tough deep cleans. Every project is approached with care, consistency, and a high standard for quality — because results matter.
