- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 12-week package. This includes One or Two weekly sessions according the client's needs, Unlimited Email Support, and Voxer. Note: I don't adhere to the classic One-hour long session. I ask my clients to take advantage of this by allowing up to 90min per session. Total investment for the 3 months is $3,000. Payment plan available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My 12-week program starts with a two step easy and in depth process. First, we meet for a free Zoom consultation which lasts about 60 to 90 min. At the end, we will both know if working together is your best way forward. If it is, I will offer you a spot and send you my contract and invoice. We can start as soon as the following week. The first session, will be an in depth intake. This is where we talk about your challenges, dreams, and goals, and how we will work together in order to get you there. If, for some reason, I feel like you'd be better served with another modality of therapy or coaching, I will provide you with a list of personally hand-picked and reputable practitioners.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Masters degree in Transformational Psychology and Philosophy. I hold a post graduate degree in Expressive Arts Therapy, and I am certified in Integral Life Coaching®. My additional certifications are in Social Emotional Arts from UCLA, Trauma-Informed & Restorative Yoga, and Holistic Self-Care Mentoring. Presently, I am furthering my studies in order to become a Board Certified Holistic & Integrative Health Practitioner.
