I was recently referred by a friend to try a bootcamp of Impact Fitness and I was not disappointed! The trainers were very knowledgable and energized which made the workouts fun and challenging. We started out with some warm-up exercises, and spent the next hour working out our arms, legs, abs, everything! It was definitely a total body workout, and I felt great when I left! The trainers absolutely rocked! They were extremely tuned in to everyone's individual needs, modifying or increasing the difficulty as needed. I'd definitely recommend this team of trainers to anyone interested in making a stride in their personal fitness. Im looking forward to the next bootcamp!

After years and years of wanting to have a personal trainer, I always pushed it off. But something about turning 25 was a wake up call for me. So I made the plunge and did my research and looked into plenty of Personal Trainers but none of them really stood out. It wasn't until using this service and Anthony reaching out to me is a very fast manner that I took the opportunity to meet with him. Let's just say after a quick 15 min phone call and getting to know one another, I was hooked and ready to go. I started my training session on Monday and for someone who really hasn't stepped foot in a GYM or lifted weights, Anthony understands that and works to your level. During the 30 min workout (which felt longer at times haha) he was with me every step of the way, motivating and encouraging me to complete my sets. It has truly been the best investment I have ever made and look forward to accomplishing my goals. You won't go wrong with God's Gym & Anthony as your trainer. This guy knows his stuff!

I've been working with Evan and his team for quite some time now and would definitely recommend them to anyone. I've worked with several trainers in the past at other gyms or studios but have to say this has been the best experience. It's obvious all of the trainers here know fitness and teh facility is top notch. It's a very welcome and low key environment. I've seen several people in their 80s train here which has been great to see! It's never too crowded and only personal training. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing instruction on weight training or looking to get into shape.

I started training with Aaron about 18 months ago now. I had never gone to a personal trainer before and swung between eagerly not knowing what to expect, mixed with some degree of “gymtimidation”. Aaron is truly great- the proof of this is my first intention was to do only 5 sessions with him, just to give my personal fitness plan a boost. Some 75-odd weeks later, I’m still not giving up my trainer any time soon! First, Aaron takes time to understand where you are at, and where you ultimately want to be. He does this in a subtle, very approachable way, never being judgmental or anything other than completely positive. Then he sets about helping you get there. Clearly the most important element in all this is his technical knowledge- he pays extreme attention to one’s form conducting the exercises. His main goal here is to prevent injury, which I think cannot be underestimated. He designs our workout sessions to be fun, varied, motivational so one can appreciate the gains, and focused to achieve one’s goals. Aaron works around any health issues one might have, and does a really great job of reading how one feels on the day and applying just the right amount of “push” to get the job done. Aaron’s knowledge of anatomy and physiology has really impressed me personally; he quickly identified weaknesses I had, which almost unbeknownst to me had affected my daily life, probably for years. Many of our exercises are specifically focused on correcting these issues and I am reaping the noticeable benefits of this every day. I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough. Anyone training with him will receive a quality, professional experience, which is fun and rewarding. As well as an excellent trainer, he is also a great guy, which has made many a session of “nose to the grindstone” something I still want to do again and again…

I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I feel very confidant in his ability to help me. I also know he will keep me free from injury. He exceeded my expectations. It was the best experience I've had with any personal trainer.

This is the perfect place to come to get fit. My usual MO is sign up for fitness classes or trainers, get pushed really hard and give up in a week or two. Youniquely has a different style from other trainers, bootcamps and fitness classes I have taken. The training is truly uniquely fitted to your needs and accelerated or decelerated based on how you are doing and whether you want to or not. This is the difference between buying a dress that is mass-produced vs getting a custom fitted gown!!

I have worked with John for almost a year now. Over the course of the year I’ve been more than pleased with the service, not only was the system very structured punctual and professional, but I’ve had more results than ever before. John/fast pace PT is the third personal training service I have used, after having two other personal trainers. Structured system compared to traditional personal training is much more effective and I have appreciated all of John’s, and his team is hard work . Maria is a fantastic trainer. Very knowledgable about fitness and was helpful in showing me correct form in several exercises that I was doing incorrectly. She is a good motivator and very easy to work with. I feel that I get a lot more out of my workouts with her and the results are already apparent. If you're looking to find a personal trainer who can work with your schedule, takes incredible amount of care with his clients, has a personal gym with every possible piece of equipment AND can help you no matter where you are at on the fitness scale- you should look at Pro Fitness Edge. The private gym is amazing and Kip's clients range from men and women both young and old. He's trains people who have been working out for years to those just getting started who have no idea what to do when they walk into a gym. Xavier is just what I needed! I wasn't ready to workout in a gym setting, so I Googled personal trainers that would come out to my home. One of the results was Thumbtack, so I filled out my needs and goals. I got 2 emails with trainers that could come to me and out of the 2 results, Xavier stood out. His many years of experience in the fitness industry sold me. Also reviews from clients showed me that he was no joke, the real deal! I have a few pieces of equipment at home already but he brings other equipment that we utilize. He has a positive attitude, he stresses not to get down on myself, very motivational and doesn't let me quit. I have a few imbalances in my body structure and he has been able to adapt/accommodate and we are working on them. I've had 8 sessions with him so far and plan to continue to work with him. I definitely recommend him!

Finding a personal trainer is easy, but finding one that you get along with is difficult. I have had hired different personal trainers in the past, but I never clicked with them. My past personal trainers were dry and not present. As for Harold, he gives his full attention on your form and execution. He even informs you which muscles you're suppose to be using, so you are aware that you're using the right muscles. He's very knowledgeable of nutrition and body mechanics. I definitely enjoy working with him!

It's an exceptional experience to have someone be "team you" from the moment you meet them. Kenny is your number one supporter and your greatest challenger from the moment you commit to your journey. He definitely has the knowledge and the experience to get you to your fitness and health goals, but he has the heart too. I've been training with David for about 5 weeks now. I decided to train with David initially because I felt like he listened to my goals and he sounded like he had a lot of experience. He was the first person I interviewed but I remembered that he was the most humble and down to earth, and I had a feeling I'd be comfortable training with him. All the men trainers I interviewed talked to me like I had two brain cells, and I found David to be the most up front and honest. My goal is to lose weight, tone up and to strengthen my left shoulder for outrigger canoeing. So far, I am noticing a huge difference with my left shoulder. Its stronger and it no longer bothers me when I go paddling or perform certain exercises. Its still not 100% in strength but has gotten a lot stronger through training. All our sessions are pretty different and varied. I never know what to expect from David, which is good. I get bored at the gym because I love the outdoors, but David keeps it interesting. David pushes me when he thinks I'm slacking off, which often times, he is mostly right about.... I need someone to push me or I will slack off, which is probably a good reason to hire a trainer. David goes out of his way to make it work for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients and loves what he does. I can tell by the excellent service he provides for his clients. My personal belief is that its important to practice what you preach, and David is a trainer that is in great physical condition, and knows what he is doing. I personally did not want to hire a personal trainer at the local gym that looked like they needed training themselves... I highly recommend David as a personal trainer. Due to his diverse background, I believe he would be a great fit for many.

She also is working with me to address my nutrition and has extensive expertise on both side of the equation of the interaction of exercise and food. Lacey, owner of High Caliber Fitness has been my personal trainer for about 6 weeks and honestly, I cannot be happier! Historically, my workout routine consisted of home-based exercise videos and a half-an-hour here and there during the week on my lunch break. This routine however is easy to put off and no longer fits my weekly schedule. Lacey has completely customized a new exercise regiment that fits my hectic lifestyle and is 100% geared towards me reaching my goals. She uses this fabulous exercise app that allows me to keep track of my workouts and also gives me the flexibility to complete them whenever or wherever I am. Cindy's experience and professionalism really shows during our first consultation and workout. Cindy addressed my muscle imbalance with my hips and shoulders. After 3 sessions with Cindy, I've already started feeling some improvements with my movements. Her workouts are challenging. She knows when to push me when I needed and adjust to my needs. I like her coaching and positive encouragement and a good personality. I've sample 4 other trainers before meeting with Cindy. All 4 trainers put me through the same workout right away with benching & squats. Cindy was different and I was sold right away.

Matt is working with me twice a week on strength training especially for my core. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. He is patient yet on each machine or exercise he frequently asks me if I can go up on weight, stretch further, etc. He creates a varied routine for me & I enjoy the sessions. Matt is always looking out for my safety & guides me as to proper form. He always takes into account my specific weak areas. He is flexible w scheduling. I've worked with three very good trainers however, I feel I've made the most progress toward my goals with Matt. I look forward to my sessions with Matt & my mind/body feel good when I go home. I know I'm in good, professional, experienced hands.
