Introduction: I've performed, taught, choreographed in the Bay, Los Angeles, New York, and Costa Rica over the past 20 years. My training/experience includes belly dance, several African derived styles, house, hiphop, samba, heels / burlesque, lyrical, fire, salsa, new style hustle, and Tahitian. Most of my training came from minoring in dance at San Francisco State University as well as training with companies such as Fua Dia Congo, Superstar Belly Dance, and Sambarinas. During my years in LA, I was featured in several music videos, commercials, live events, films, and print advertisements for major brands such as AT&T, BET Awards, Major Lazer, So You Think You Can Dance Commercial footage, the Idlewild movie, and more. In Costa Rica, I led my district's group to win the 2nd place in the national Carnaval two years in a row, landing on the cover of the national newspaper. There, I director and choreographer for a successful entertainment show in 2015, Puerto Viejo Live. Currently, I'm the dancer for "The Purple Ones" a Prince Tribute band directed by Levi Seacer, Prince's former guitarist/artistic director/producer.
