Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have over two decades of experience using personal computers and offering technical assistance (primarily with software), including a semester of employment in a campus computer lab when I was in undergrad. I will patiently do my best to help clients and answer their questions, and if I am unable to help I will refer clients to other experts. With either Zoom or the Team Viewer application I can look at clients' computer screens to provide faster remote help. I currently specialize in Macs.

When I have needed help with computer problems I have always called on Noah Tenney to help solve them. He listens patiently to me and figures out what to do to correct the situation. The first few times I went on a Zoom conference I had trouble getting into the chats. Each chat represented a different problem because I was using different devices. Noah walked me through navigating a problem on an iPad Mini. Recently I bought a new computer and he helped me set up this computer for Zoom as well. If you need assistance with computer problems, Noah Tenney is the person to go to for fast and easy help.

I will ask them questions about what they need and what kind of tech they are using, then do necessary research to make sure I'm prepared to help.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I did a software testing training program and internship where it was critical to have an in-depth understanding of software functions.
