We cannot express enough what a great experience we had working with Eshel and his team on our bathroom renovation. We got many estimates from various companies but ultimately went with Eshel for his thoroughness in listening to our needs as well his fair price point. Our initial goal with this project was to install a washer and dryer, leveraging some of the bathroom space and a nearby closet. Although we initially did not want to do a complete bathroom renovation, once Eshel provided estimates for various options it just made the most sense.
From his initial visit, he helped us think through different scenarios and options to ensure we made the best design decisions to also match our budget.
Once the project started things went smoothly. Eshel made sure to contact me whenever a decision needed to be made and was always very available for any questions that we had throughout the process.
Everything turn out beautifully and we couldn’t have made a better decision to go with Happy Bay for our project. Thanks so much!

Happy Bay Construction with Mr. Eshel Chandon at its' head is the very BEST. I have had several homes renovated, but none have ever been completed with such efficiency or skill! Happy Bay Construction is simply THE BEST!
I’m blown away by their work ethic. Their communication, thoughtfulness, ability to execute jobs in a timely fashion, quality of work and honest and fair bids is exemplary. However MOST impressive the genuine caring they take with all their jobs. YES, CARING! They listen to their customers and they care about your project. How will it look? What condition the job site will be left in? Are you happy with their work? All of this and more is what has kept me hiring them for multiple jobs.
I originally hired Eshel, founder of Happy Bay Construction, for work on a property in San Francisco. I needed to rebuild the existing front porch and stairs as well as create a back staircase and reinforce the deck. Happy Bay showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. They did such a terrific job that I hired them to paint the exterior of the property. As the house came alive, we needed to replace the driveway and build a retaining wall. This too was done in a timely fashion. There is NOTHING that Happy Bay Construction cannot provide.
I think the best review is when the person rehires the same company for a different project. To date I have hired Happy Bay Construction on more than ten projects and they are currently finishing up a bathroom remodel in Sonoma County.

Very glad I hired Happy Bay for my condo remodel. Water damage meant I needed to replace flooring throughout the unit, and patch walls in the kitchen and laundry room. I changed out the kitchen counters and did some minor electrical work in the bathroom as well.The bid was reasonable and accurate, and the timing as predicted. Eshel and Ali struck me as a good team the first time they walked through my place, and the work Happy Bay did bore that out.After work was complete I discovered a pretty bad scratch in the flooring. Their response was, 'of course we'll fix it,' and they did. Within about a week, they bought another box of my flooring and two of the guys came out and replaced the damaged boards. I had already paid in full so you could imagine a contractor just disappearing on you. Not only did they not disappear, they've been out since to complete a minor repair and reiterated that if there's anything else to let them know. I particularly appreciate that they stand behind their work.
