We cannot express enough what a great experience we had working with Eshel and his team on our bathroom renovation. We got many estimates from various companies but ultimately went with Eshel for his thoroughness in listening to our needs as well his fair price point. Our initial goal with this project was to install a washer and dryer, leveraging some of the bathroom space and a nearby closet. Although we initially did not want to do a complete bathroom renovation, once Eshel provided estimates for various options it just made the most sense.
From his initial visit, he helped us think through different scenarios and options to ensure we made the best design decisions to also match our budget.
Once the project started things went smoothly. Eshel made sure to contact me whenever a decision needed to be made and was always very available for any questions that we had throughout the process.
Everything turn out beautifully and we couldn’t have made a better decision to go with Happy Bay for our project. Thanks so much!

Happy Bay Construction with Mr. Eshel Chandon at its' head is the very BEST. I have had several homes renovated, but none have ever been completed with such efficiency or skill! Eshel has finished all of the repairs down to the retrofitting of my 44 year old home and both the front and backyards. Eshel is honest and extremely hard working! Kudos to the Happy Bay Company! Very glad I hired Happy Bay for my condo remodel. Water damage meant I needed to replace flooring throughout the unit, and patch walls in the kitchen and laundry room. I changed out the kitchen counters and did some minor electrical work in the bathroom as well.The bid was reasonable and accurate, and the timing as predicted. Eshel and Ali struck me as a good team the first time they walked through my place, and the work Happy Bay did bore that out.After work was complete I discovered a pretty bad scratch in the flooring. Their response was, 'of course we'll fix it,' and they did. Within about a week, they bought another box of my flooring and two of the guys came out and replaced the damaged boards. I had already paid in full so you could imagine a contractor just disappearing on you. Not only did they not disappear, they've been out since to complete a minor repair and reiterated that if there's anything else to let them know. I particularly appreciate that they stand behind their work.

When I tell you that this is THE best construction company I mean it with my whole heart. This group of individuals not only went above and beyond our dream of a studio apartment, but completely blew us away with their efficiency, kindness, and maximization of such a small space. My mother was the head of telling all the things she wanted to for the space, and brother duo Eshel and Ali were perfect for the job. As owners and brothers, they were absolutely the most professional and reliable men for the requests that we had for the space. Each and every single detail was attended to; additionally with such accuracy and precision they brought the entire space to life. We had a pretty tight timeline of when things needed to be done, and they organized their wonderful group of workers to coordinate so that I could move in even earlier than expected. When doing a whole rennovation it can be extremely stressful and cumbersome, yet Happy Bay Construction members genuinely prioritizedour needs and in turn, made it the most stressfree remodeling and move Ive ever had (and ive moved three times this past year). I cannot cannot CANNOT reccomend them enough. I owe my beautiful space to their hard work. We hit the jackpot with this company and I only wish nothing but the best for future projects they have because they create the most gorgeous spaces.
