- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and budget friendly. We work within your budget to get the job done. Our stages start at $2500 for a full 60 day stage. We are currently offering a 10% discount to new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is fairly simple. We schedule a property preview. Then we provide a quote for review and approval. Once approved, we ask for a 50% deposit along with the signed contract to move forward. The remaining 50% is due a day before staging. A de-stage is scheduled once the property is sold.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years in the retail furniture business. I also staged for 2 years at another staging company.
