Raul & crew have done cement work, carpentry, wall repair, and many other things for my 50+yo house. They took just five days, excluding a couple days of drying time, to power-wash and paint the whole exterior (ranch style, 1970 sq ft) , which included patching holes, filling gaps in the eaves with silicone, then a coat each of primer, elastomeric, and BM Regal exterior on the stucco, and primer and BM Regal exterior on the woodwork. They also attached the new street number plate. It has made a huge difference, and coming home is now a gladdening experience. Their rates are excellent, especially given the quality of their work, and I continue to call on them for any HI project they handle.

I was a bit hesitant to use Thumbtack, but Raul was very quick when responding to my messages and made this process easy. His price is reasonable and a really good deal. He brought in his helper and I did not have to pay any extra. I used his services for various projects in my house. Ralda Services has been nothing but amazing for my wife and I. He has been working on our house since November 2022 on various projects. Raul removed my old bathroom vanity and installed a new one. This was not an easy job — there were narrow doorways, narrow stairs, an out of level floor, and a large attached mirror that other candidates said would have to be destroyed. Raul completed everything on time and in budget, including leveling the floor and retaining the mirror. He also upgraded the plumbing when installing the sink and faucet, so I have usable cold water in the bathroom for the first time in years. I highly recommend Raul for any project.

I will never give a price without seeing the space/room/area where you need the job done. I would like to meet with you and see the scope of work first to give you a more accurate quote. We will set an appointment for this. Please message/call me.
Note: My rate is $125/hour per group (one or more people). You will not pay per person.
*NOTE: Handyman bookings are at $125/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We set up an appointment that works best for both of us.
2. In the appointment, you will show me the space where you need the job done and let me know the details of the project you need to get done.
3. You will receive a quote from me in your email/text within 24 hours.
