- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing fluctuates based on what our clients needs, but we're always happy to be flexible and take into consideration the customer's budget. Non-profits receive a 20% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically set up a free consultation to fully understand the needs of the customer before moving forward with the partnership. When customers reach out they typically provide a high-level overview, but it's easier for the team to have a more detailed sense of the event in order to give accurate pricing and suggestions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, the founder, have more than 8 years of experience planning events at various tech startups and established companies in the Bay Area. I also have a certification in virtual events, luxury wedding events, and general event management.
