- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer monthly training packages based on session length and frequency. Each package includes coaching support, program updates, and accountability between sessions. Consultations require a deposit that is applied to the 1st month’s plan upon sign up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation and a movement assessment to understand your goals, history, and lifestyle. From there, I design a customized program with progressive training, nutrition guidance, and mindset support. Each session builds on the last to help you feel stronger, more confident, and aligned with your goals.
