I highly recommend this company. Superb customer service. i met with Lorena and Candace in my home. They were wonderful. They explained everything in a clear concise manner and answered my many questions with ease. I spoke with JI Roofing, Inc. the sub-contractor that same day and had a beautiful cooling roof in less than a month. This is a company you should keep in your contacts. They really know their stuff.

We have had issues windows which are drafty, especially during the winter. They are always cold to the touch. A man named Ponce knocked on my door from Pace Avenue and told me they could finance on my property taxes upgrading all of my windows and get us a great contractor. I was totally skeptical as I feel contractors are scum and my credit was trashed. Well - actually I was able to get triple pane windows in both the front and the back plus some new doors. The PACE finance program is good for folks without excellent credit as PACE Avenue took care of all of that - recommend it highly

The boys who knocked on my door said they were from PACE (a government program), but the woman who came the next day said they were from PACE Avenue (a finance/loan company). The boys also said they had a program where you could rent a system (which we wanted to do), but the woman said, no, only loan to purchase a system. Despite these initial bits of deception, they seem to have the best loan package around. However, the system is guaranteed for only 15 years. After that if a part breaks down, you are on your own.
