Working with Adriana was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had so many details and moving parts, and she executed everything flawlessly!! After our meeting to go over all the details, I felt an enormous weight lifted off my shoulders. As a bride who DIYed most of the wedding, knowing I was in good hands with Adriana brought so much peace of mind. She was incredibly organized; using her detailed spreadsheets kept everything on track and stress-free.
On top of being an outstanding coordinator, she is an all around awesome person. Adriana was delightful to work with and we loved having her presence on our wedding day! Adriana was fantastic. She jumped in immediately to help us get organized and was always very responsive. When we had a small issue with candles at the event, she took the initiative to resolve it quickly and seamlessly, without causing me any stress or worry.
She had all of our vendors organized and ready to go, and she was professional with everyone involved in the wedding. Adriana remained calm throughout the day and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. I highly recommend her services!

This was my very first time planning absolutely any event, let alone my own wedding. Adriana helped me fill in all the gaps that I didn’t even know existed! And at the last minute when I thought everything was going to fall apart, her expertise and experience LITERALLY saved the day! As in, I wasn’t going to have decorations if it wasn’t for her!
Responsive, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable,she went up and beyond what I expected. After the event, everyone kept asking “ who were those two ladies doing everything?? they were amazing!”

She was an awesome coordinator to have! She kept us on our toes on what to expect during the wedding and kept us up to date the weeks before the wedding. She is very professional and knowledgeable on what works and what doesn’t work when setting up our reception area.
She came on time, connected with all the vendors, and kept everything moving.
If we could choose more than those three words to describe our experience, we would choose all five words.
Adriana was super helpful! It was great to have her at our wedding. She helped in making sure everything would go as planned, and she was a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended if you are considering a wedding planner.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat fee for 7 hrs, 1 hr rehearsal, 1 venue, 30miles from 92054, 150person max event. Additional fees apply for anything outside these parameters. Consider me if you are a DIY bride and just needs day of coordination. I will send you my detailed pricing. Thank you for considering! :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting is crucial! I get a feel for the clients style & wedding vibe. Some couples are very formal while others really want a relaxed event. Since most my clients are DIY brides, my job is to bring their hard work and planning to life the day of the wedding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning and running corporate events for years! Anything from small intimate private dinners to large scale events that required hotel booking, conference rooms and international travel coordination. I prefer weddings so I am focusing on weddings only now.
