I worked with Adriana for month and day of coordination, and she was wonderful! She is so easy to work with and made me feel so at ease on my wedding day. She made everything run smoothly on the day of. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Adriana was amazing! She made the entire night run super smooth. Worked well with all of my vendors and was there whenever we needed her. Was super helpful trying to figure out the logistics prior to the wedding and was very easy to get in contact with Also huge plus, she was able to speak Spanish to our vendors. If you want your day to go smoothly, definitely recommend big day wedding coordination

When the F & B manager of our Golf Club told me I had to have a "Day of Coordinator" I was skeptical. As the MoG and co-planner with the Bride, I thought, how hard can it be. Well, I am not sure, all I know is that every time I saw Adriana, she was making something happen, and I was larking about on the dance floor free as a bird. Adriana is a consummate professional, thought of everything we didn't think of and managed all of the moment to moment details so we didn't have to. She scoped out the sweetheart table to make sure the background behind the B & G would look good. The band was right on time with every little thing, and I know that wasn't magic, it just felt like it. Can't recommend Adriana enough. So worth the money.

Adriana was a dream to work with!!! I honestly cannot imagine what the wedding day would have been if it weren't for her. From the very first phone consultation, she was extremely professional, and she made it so easy for me to put my full trust in her. Leading up to the wedding, as I'm sure all brides can relate, things were so hectic and overwhelming, but Adriana stepped in and helped ease my burden. She communicated with my vendors, coordinated details with them, and helped me stay organized. On the day of the wedding, she executed everything PHENOMENALLY!! Honestly, everything went perfectly because of her. She was so helpful during the rehearsal with my wedding my wedding party - from small details like how to hold the bouquet and how fast everyone should be walking to the overall look of the wedding party at the alter, she carried out the vision perfectly. Adriana, thank you so much for being a part of my wedding day and making it the best day ever!!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have a flat fee for 7 hrs, 1 hr rehearsal, 1 venue, 30miles from 92054, 150person max event. Additional fees apply for anything outside these parameters. Consider me if you are a DIY bride and just needs day of coordination. I will send you my detailed pricing. Thank you for considering! :)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first meeting is crucial! I get a feel for the clients style & wedding vibe. Some couples are very formal while others really want a relaxed event. Since most my clients are DIY brides, my job is to bring their hard work and planning to life the day of the wedding.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have been planning and running corporate events for years! Anything from small intimate private dinners to large scale events that required hotel booking, conference rooms and international travel coordination. I prefer weddings so I am focusing on weddings only now.
