FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free in-home consultation where we talk through the specific frustrations you’re having with your cabinets. I’ll collaborate with you to create a custom design using pull-out shelves, built in a 3D CAD program so you can see exactly how your space will transform. I take precise measurements during the visit and provide a detailed estimate at the end — no pressure, no obligation. Pricing depends on your custom design, the materials you choose, and the dimensions of your cabinets. We believe great design should also be accessible, which is why we offer 0% interest financing for up to 21 months to help make your dream kitchen more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick 10-minute phone call to learn more about your cabinet situation and goals. This helps me come prepared for our in-home consultation. I’ll also ask for a few photos of your space so I can begin recreating your cabinets in my 3D CAD program ahead of time. During our free in-home consultation, I’ll present a custom design using glide-out shelves, take initial measurements, and provide a no-obligation estimate. If you decide to move forward with the project, here’s what happens next: We collect a 10% deposit to officially kick off the project. Our certified installer is notified and will contact you to schedule a second visit to take precise measurements. At that time, the installer will collect 40% of the payment. Your final design and measurements are sent to our manufacturing partner in Arizona to custom-build your pull-out shelving system. Once your shelves are ready, they’re shipped back to our local warehouse. The installer will reach out again to schedule your installation. After installation is complete and you're loving your new space, the final 50% payment is collected. It’s a smooth, professional, and personalized process from start to finish — with full support every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed ShelfGenie’s Certified Designer Training, which includes hands-on education in spatial planning, product knowledge, and custom design using glide-out shelving systems. I’ve spent the past two years working as an Organizational Designer, helping homeowners turn frustrating cabinets into functional, accessible, and beautifully organized spaces. I’m also a professional affiliate of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), staying connected to the latest trends, tools, and best practices in home organization. With my background in Human Resources, I bring a strong skill set in listening, problem-solving, and designing solutions that are personalized, thoughtful, and stress-free.
