Besides Pilates for fitness, we specialize in also Pilates for orthopedic (OrthoPilates) for those who have hip, knee and shoulder problems and neurological (NeuroPilates) rehabilitation and post rehabilitation for those who are suffering Parkinson's disease, Multiple sclerosis or Incomplete spinal injury. We have specifically designed Pilates & Lumbar Spine Stabilization program for those who is suffering from lower back pain like Sciatica, herniated disc, spondylolisthesis, osteoporosis, scoliosis , osteoarthritis, SI-joint dysfunction etc.
Our goal is bridging a gap between physical therapy/ rehabilitation and fitness.
Our Pilates teacher is also skilled physical therapist (educated and worked in Finland as a Physiotherapist). She brings her many years of hands-on experience and high quality education into your Pilates private sessions and classes. She offers friendly, professional and very personal service to you with her "lovely" Finnish accent!

She is experienced and professional, as well as an encouraging and warm person. We signed on for a maximum number of weekly sessions. I am confident in her abilities in training my body to be at its optimum. Her background as a physical therapist is a real plus.
