You asked me via a picture stating this backdrop looks better just a few DAYS prior to my event know how busy I would. To find out the backdrop was just a sheet of leaves rather than the actual grass backdrop we spoke about! It made it easier on you but I could have bought a sheet of leaves however I wanted the pop out look. You then stated you showed me a picture, yet you failed to provide me with details but to do or suggest this just days prior to the event was disappointing Balloons were nice. Baby sign was broken which my friend tapped together for this decorator I even told you I’m looking for a decorator long term as I’m currently looking for a my sons 1st bday now but cannot trust you
