Hiebert’s Fitness

Introduction: I work out of a fully equipped fitness studio designed just for personal trainers and their clients! Throughout my work, I have gained a deep understanding of the need for individualized fitness plans. I am a Cooper Institute Certified personal trainer and received a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology. I dedicate myself to my work and pride myself on how personalized my programs are. I listen to my clients' needs, goals and obstacles to getting fit and develop a plan tailored to their fitness goals. I understand no two clients are the same. For 20 years, I have helped individuals meet their health and fitness goals. I have the education, experience and passion to help you meet yours too.
