Houman came to evaluate my project for an IKEA kitchen installation on a short notice. He was very accommodating when scheduling an appointment, called from the road about very short delay and arrived on time. His estimate was not the lowest, but he said it was negotiable. He approached the project with professionalism and the desire to meet my needs. Even though he didn't do my project (as I chose an IKEA contractor), I was impressed by him.
Adam did an incredible job putting up our Christmas lights. I had a lot more than he expected and he did so with good humor even though I'm sure he was delayed. I would recommend him to anyone.
Megan was so awesome to work with! She helped me with Flower Centerpieces, rentals and other decorations for my all white Bridal Shower! Everything came out wonderful and all of my guests loved it! She was very professional and her prices were reasonable! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

In our initial consultation with 3 Little Birds Event Planning we described what we were thinking and our budget, and not to mention our compressed timeline. 3 Little Birds Event Planning was upfront about the challenges of the timeline, but expressed confidence that it could be done. Venue and vendor options were presented to meet our budget as well as options and ideas that were outside our budget should we want to incorporate additional things. Planning any project and event takes a very organized, detail oriented, experienced and well connected planner/company. But when it comes to a wedding, you only have one chance, there are no do overs, and you need someone who will make everything happen. Jessica Smith (3 Little Birds Event Planning) is all of the above and more. They can handle all of the business aspects (contracts, vendors, schedules, timelines, permits, etch, etc), but she also has an artistic eye and design style that provided such amazing ideas and direction to enhance and implement our theme. Trust me the small details that you may not think about make a HUGE difference. With my work schedule so hectic it was impossible for me get decorations or run around doing errands. Having a full service planner was not only helpful it was necessary. The money I would have lost from missed work, by far covered the difference between a day of event planner and full service planner. My recommendation is to go with the full service planner... it gives you the opportunity to have your event and vision grow organically as you meet and continually consult with your planner... not to mention the time and headaches your save yourself, trust me you will thank yourself for it. 3 Little Birds Event Planning is established and has many vendor connections (Florists, DJ, Photographers, Catering, Venues, Decorations, etc., etc.). What I really like is the fact that 3 Little Birds/Jessica Smith doesnât force or pressure you to use her vendors. We vetted her vendors and chose to go with some of them, and some we didn't. All the vendors she recommended are professional and established and we were very pleased with the vendors she recommended. The vendors we didnât use were not because of anything deficient, but rather because we had existing industry contacts and already knew great photographers and videographers. 3 Little Birds worked with the vendors they provided as well as the one we selected independently and brought everything together seamlessly. On the big day, things could not have gone any smoother. I was impressed, as were all of the guests. I was able to be present in the moment and truly enjoy our special day. All I can say is thank you, it was a true storybook/fairytale wedding.
Ed has a brilliant can do attitude to every job I've asked him to do. He has a Professional and fast service, which has basically saved our home as we were in a race against time. I recommend him to anyone looking for a interior decorator who has handy man skills too! He is a life saver!

My husband and I recently moved into our house in Torrance, CA.. We hired Debby and her company Creative Spaces Interior Design, Inc. to help us make it a home. She got a feel for our likes and dislikes almost immediately. She has a great insight in planning and design. She valued our thoughts and ideas and closely worked with them. She used and incorporated existing furniture, pictures and family heirlooms that were very important to us. She knows how to combine old styles with new modern styles to achieve the perfect desired effect for that "wow" factor that we were looking for. She is very detailed oriented and quite the perfectionist. She turned our home into something we are extremely proud of. It is warm, comfortable and inviting. We would highly recommend Debby to all of our family and friends and would definitely have her come again for future planning and decorating. Debby was a real pleasure to work with, you will not be disappointed.

MVP Events & Decor is AMAZING! We have many events throughout the year and we only use MVP Events. Joy and her staff have great knowledge of their inventory and always find a way to meet the needs we have. From tables, chairs, decor and balloons...anything we need, they have it OR find it for us! Customer service is their number one priority, always friendly and accommodating. I really don't know what we would do without MVP Events!!
Omg the wedding planner and decorator sent from the Gods!! A bit dramatic for me to say, i know, but Nicole saved me! I tried to plan my own wedding, even got my mom involved and that took a turn for the worse. Nicole met with us, spoiled us with cold champagne, we talked about every detail and it she hit the ground running. It was amazing to see her level of expertise and decisiveness. So happy she could plan and decorate my wedding so magnificently ! You are an angel and I recommend Nicole and her fun team to anyone who is looking for a planner or designer. BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! LexiLou Events is a top notch special event company. They are very professional and were attentive to every detail. From the planning, to the final day, they made us feel special. Our wedding reception was truly magical. So much so that guests felt they were in "Miami". The draping was beautiful and flowed in the wind. Lighting was truly amazing. Decorations were magical. Yes, some would think that one wood blind is the same as any wood blind. I regretfully found out that this is not true. I thought I would save time and just purchase the builders window blinds package that was offered when I was selecting the options for my new home. Well, after only six months of living in my home the wood blinds started to warp and crack. They made my brand new home look terrible. It was a terrible investment. I found Made in the Shade Blinds & More and they were able to schedule an appointment with me the following day. They came and educated me on the fact that all wood blinds are not alike and I just wasted a lot of money. They were able to show me wood blinds samples, explain and show me the difference between the wood blinds they offer and the ones installed in my house. All of the window treatments they offer come with a limited life-time warranty. The kicker is - I paid just a little bit more than I did when I purchased the builder package. Made in the Shade Blinds & More is an excellent company and I highly highly recommend them.
I hired Karina to make flower arrangement for a party at my house and I was extremely happy with her work. Besides coming up with gorgeous arrangements, she enhanced them with beautiful vases and worked with the caterer to provide him with flowers for food decorations. I loved that Karina is absolutely honest and very easy to work with. I gave her my budget and she maximized it to the absolute, providing me with the best result possible. You will love working with Devlyn. From the timely, concise contract through the finishing touches, Devlyn Gorby is top notch! In the last six months, Devlyn has helped design and decorate two properties for us; one an older recently purchased home for my son and the other a small rental apt in Burbank. We are so happy with these beautiful, highly functional homes. The older home was transformed into a stunning modern property in less than two months including wall, ceiling and window treatment, lighting, art and all the furnishing. My little apt now has sleeping for four and dining for six. I reached out to Devlyn after twice purchasing a couch that wouldn't fit though the hall. If I'd started with her I would have saved more money! But I saved money anyway because Devlyn found sale furniture for me as well as a custom made reclaimed wood table. She also repurposed some of the furniture I had. Devlyn is a master in the use of color, lighting and proportion. She is also a great communicator and knows how to "make her client happy". She never dictates but draws out your ideas and preferences. I have high hopes that I will have the pleasure of working with Devlyn again one day and I'm sure that once you've worked with her you will feel the same.
Laura was great to work with! At first I wasn't sure that I was going to add a day-of wedding coordinator to my budget but after my first phone call with Laura, I knew it was essential. She's an expert about event set-up, timelines and catering so I immediately felt at ease and knew that if I hired her I could relax and enjoy my wedding day instead of worrying about the details. Laura and her assistant Jody were essential at our wedding - they gracefully handled everything behind the scenes and made sure it was a perfect day for my husband and I and our guests. My friends and family commented on how great Laura was at pushing everything along throughout the day, and troubleshooting when necessary. Laura's day-of coordination service might just be the most important service that I purchase for my wedding day!
