Let me first say that I feel extremely fortunate to have found such an amazing Personal Trainer as...Clyde Mealy. He uses state of the art training techniques (which has given me amazing results) that I have never done before with any other trainer. He has been working with me doing muscle activation for my limited mobility due to past injuries, and I must say, I can do many more strength exercises than I have in the past. His professionalism and expertise in sports rehabilitation, weight loss, nutrition, and overall health and wellness far surpasses any other trainer in South Orange County. I have been going to various boot camps and personal training sessions with Hi-C Fitness for about six months now. The workouts are a blast, work the whole body and keep my heart rate up. There is a huge range in ability level, age, athleticism, etc that attend each session and everyone is always challenged. Not many things can beat a good workout at the beach!
