I've worked with a few personal trainers over the years and I have to say that hands down, Evan is the best trainer I have ever worked with. I started working out with Evan over a year ago. I have chronic low back pain, and had just had a procedure that was meant to reduce swelling and allow me to exercise more and strengthen my core. I had been doing physical therapy for awhile, but found that the workouts were too mellow, and I didn't really notice any improvement in my core strength. My wife had actually been working out with Evan for a few months and she recommended I try a few workouts with him. Evan has been amazing. The workouts are intense and challenging. He focuses on doing intervals of a quick series of strengthing exercises, with a burst of cardio in between sets that keeps your heart rate elevated for the entire workout. Given my back issues, he is very good about checking in to make sure he is not stressing or straining my lower back (or any other injury I might have picked up). I have noticed dramatic improvement in my core strength and overall fitness in my time with Evan. He also has been willing to email me personalized workouts I can do on my own for days when I'm not working out him. I agree with all the other posts here -- 5 stars. Evan is great.
I've been working with Gerard for over a month now... after never working out or touching a weight or machine in my life and I have to say I'm very pleased with my progress and his workouts and nutrition advice ..He's showed me proper techniques and form and taught me how to eat better and strengthen my entire body with an emphasis on my legs and core which has helped me tremendously with my skiing and tennis ...Gerard is funny and knowledgeable and makes the workouts different and challenging every week..I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a first time trainer and or in need of motivation and great workouts !!!
Donna Woll is an extraordinary personal trainer. I have worked with her as I have gone through a long period of physical injuries. She has always been supportive and encouraging and has designed workouts for me that are challenging but attainable throughout this time. She is demanding while also being sensitive to her clients' needs in the workout setting. When I leave my workouts, I always feel encouraged and proud of my progress. I have been very pleased with the increase in my overall strength and fitness level. I highly recommend Donna as a trainer who will work with you from whatever place you are at to help you achieve your goals and encourage your success.

I have loved working with Tristen this last year.I have primarily taken 1 hour fitness classes, but have worked with her one-on-one, and also used her coaching services to prepare for a race, and clean up my eating. I have been amazed by the things I can do. I used to think when I was tired or breathing hard that I couldn't go on. Tristen encourages me to push harder, to hang in there, and to try new things. I have been a client of Forward Fitness for the last amazing 6 months. My body has never looked better. Trippe Roloff is able to make my workouts fun, intense, and interesting all at the same time. I'm never bored and always look forward to our next workout. Trippe was able to customize my workouts that meets my need for strength without too much muscle mass, agility, flexibility, and stamina.
