Yevgeny helped me with business calculus class. This class was extremely important for me to pass as most 4 year colleges I was trying to get into wanted me to take it. During the 16 week semester, Yevgeny would come twice a week to help me with my homework and go over each chapter in depth. We would spend almost two hours each session on different problems and he would show me how to do each one. However, he doesn't do each problem for you but instead would have me do the problem on my own and give me help if I needed it. He made sure I understood each chapter we would go over before going onto the next. Yevgeny is a great person who really cares about the success of those he is tutoring. He understands many different math courses and is really smart. Without his help I wouldn't have passed my class and gone on to transfer to my 4 year college. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of help in any math course.

Angela does the best job of explaining concepts for AP/SAT if you are trying to learn something outside of school. We did our tutoring over the computer, but I actually found it more engaging than in person. For example, I was confused about cos (180degrees), because I hadn't learned about it in school yet. Angela's explanation also made 10x more sense than what my math teacher would say. Now I FINALLY understand how to find cos (180degrees)!

I am amazed as to the quality of tutoring I received from Arbor Tutors given the low price. The tutor my daughter had was very sweet and very patient with geometry. You can't ask for a better tutor than the one we got. We chose to do the online tutoring. Five stars all the way.

Dan tutored our daughter for 2 school years and was a great help in explaining math concepts that were very difficult to her. He was always will to explain it a different way to try to get it to click for her. Dan was always encouraging and had an upbeat positive attitude. I also really liked that Dan worked her for the full hour-- really got our money's worth. She would not have passed without his help. We'd still be using Dan if he hadn't relocated-- so I highly recommend his tutoring services.
