- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly phone and online coaching is priced monthly or annually. The program is a 12 months, This is where we are meeting on the phone every week for a "Plan, Do, Review" session. We plan your week, you do your week and then we review your week. We go over your top victories and top challenges and focus on whatever you need in the moment. True change takes time and for those that commit to this process for a year get rewarded with a lower price. This seals in both of our commitment, making it one decision, saves money and gets the most value for my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial request for a consultation, I will write or call back and schedule the complimentary phone consultation. This is where we go over their goals, uncover what may be slowing them down or standing in their way and then make a game plan for their success. Ideally if we are on the phone and on the computer at the same time, I can be more effective in our initial consultation but it is not mandatory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a student of health and fitness for over 33 plus years. I have been personal training and coaching others with diet and exercise for over 22 years. I have competed in drug free bodybuilding at the highest level and now in my forties looking to stay in great shape and help others. I also authored a book "Optimal Nutrition" that I give all my clients a free electronic version.
